Kim says she will be posting soon. She's trying to digest that 2 hour speaker phone call with you know who and the eaves dropper, lol. She truly seems ok by me and Str8 is doing a lot of good things.

Yes, she's blind, along with other ailments - I feel for her as my daughter is blind also with many other ailments. Kim grabbing ahold of AZ's musings is a serious, time consuming problem for her. Her "reader" can't do half the things we can. Ex, if you type "READ THIS", her voice recognition reader says "Capital R, Capital E, Capital A..." That sucks. She can't see usernames/avatars. She has a business to run and can't justify spending 3 days going through this. I feel for you Kimberly. Thanks for your time.

Again, I really believe it boils down to a matter of differing ways people approach matters. There's been no crimes. No one's dead. Poor PR. Broken record.

I feel for Mark too; an independent passionate agent and a man of integrity. It just wasn't a good fit unfortunately. He does things the way he knows how and Str8 another. Kim sincerely wishes Mark the best.

I've had one 20-30 minute conversation with Mark, a while ago, which really doesn't qualify me as "knowing" him. But between that, and my many interactions with him here, I am of the opinion that he is one of the good guys in this industry. I feel he has handled himself quite well throughout all of this, at least here on the forum. I do not feel he has been out of line, at all, here.

I too believe that Str8shots has the right intentions in what they are trying to do, but have a limited grasp on the nature of public relations. It's too bad that all of this had to happen for them to learn, and hopefully they will come out of this with a better understanding.

No one likes being fired. Even good guys go sour grapes over it. Mark being upset for being let go doesn't mean st8 is evil. Business decisions have to be made and some times that mean downsizing or changing things up. Its never an easy thing on both sides.

This isn't a situation where one person has to be the good guy and one has to be the bad.

No, she's independent Ken.... But she is doing a workshop that is being sponsored by Str8-Shots with player rep Karen Corr. $130 per student for a 4-1/2 hours, 16 student cap. Pro bono work most likely, so her share can go to the kids. She is independently working with (in league) Str8-Shots.

Whether you like it or not, Kim is a great person and Str8t Shots is a great company. I only wish there were more like them in our industry. I will keep saying it over and over if I have to. I don't mind at all.

What a cheap move on your part. So, instead of suing anyone on here, you are going to threaten suing the forums in an attempt to get the thread closed or removed. What a piece of work you are. Your threat alone should be grounds for you being banned permanently from here. You can't hold a decent conversation, so you threaten suing. So, so sad.
 
KIM I WOULD RECCOMEND NOT REPLYING TO EACH POST OR POSTER INDIVIDUALLY AS IT WOULD BE WAY TOO TIME CONSUMING AS THESE THREADS ARE REALLY NEVER ENDING. I THINK A FEW GENERAL POSTS WILL SUFFICE.

Kim please keep in mind that people in the world and in a large part of the pool world are skeptical when it comes to new companies because a large part of companies are out right thieves, scammers, hustlers, snake oil sales men, etc with no interest in helping the sport, the players. or the youth. If your product is good and genuine, it will overcome this and people will be able to really see what your all about. This will pass. I don't think Brian did anything wrong. Most of his posts were logical, although emotionally charged (understandable so), they weren't detrimental to your company.

As for us, not all companies are bad. It seems as though people are defensive until they look into st8shots or talk to Kim. The response from those that have have all been similar. JCIN being one of them. He is no dummy with the most to lose in the Danny/John match and if he comes out to say he things st8 is on the up and up then I believe him. Our sport really does need kids to be interested if its going to thrive. We cant be chasing this one away until we see them actually do something wrong. Getting rid of an employee is not in that category. Its an unfortunate part of being an employer or an employee.

I wish Kim all the best and hope st8 does well. If I was close to you Id volunteer some of my time to you.

That all being said I understand everyones feelings on the other side. We are all on the look out for the next bad guy in pool. I don't think st8 is that bad guy. FWIT anyone that realy knows me would tell you im one of the biggest skeptics to ever have roamed the planet.

A number of us believe Kimberly is a good person doing good things. That does not excuse those that are speaking for her. I really don't believe they are speaking on her behalf, just for her. They are the ones that are really blowing everything for Kimberly. Doesn't matter how could a company really is, when you get publicity like Brian and Fran are giving out, people automatically associate that with the company and tend to turn away from it.

No Neil. You've got it wrong. If it comes to it, the process is to inform AZ billiards that there will be pending action against one of their posters. If it becomes necessary, we will require their information by court order. There will be nothing against AZ. But as usual, you assume the worst of me.

This has gone way beyond a conversation.

Somebody has to stand up to the utter garbage that has been posted in this thread and if you folks are going to attack me for doing that then make sure you have your facts straight.

Lets take into consideration that Brian is Kims family member who is watching what is happening and being said about his sisters company. I need you to post for me what it was exactly that Brian said that you think was out of line. I didn't read anything that I thought was that bad given the circumstance. To us st8 is on the outside and we probley will never interact with them. Brian is on the inside. St8 is his family. This his family is being threatened. His posts are a natural reaction to that. WE WOULD HAVE ALL DONE THE SAME.

As for Fran, no one likes to hear about lawyers and all that ugly stuff BUT, she didn't invent law and if people on here are breaking it she has every right to go that route. There are libel and slander laws for reasons. I would like all of that talk to be taken out of this thread because it is such a dramatic and intense stance and its taking away from the issue at hand (not that that hasn't happened in every thread). I guess its up to a judge to decide if anyone has done anything wrong. Not me, or Fran, or the Saw, or etc etc. Fran also is doing nothing wrong IMO although it gets peoples emotions going.
