NOW AVAILABLE ON DEMAND: Harriman vs Schmidt 14.1 Race to 400

If you are a fan of this classic game you will truly enjoy watching Danny Harriman and John Schmidt display their mastery of this discipline. This match features four runs of 100 balls or more between the two players in a match to 400 points. Many who saw it live say it was one of the most special things they have ever witnessed on a pool table.

The match took place on a Diamond 4'x 9' table at Side Pockets Kansas City, MO. on May 2-4, 2008. This was a $10,000 per man action match featuring three disciplines: One Pocket race to 10, 14.1 race to 400, 10 Ball race to 30. Commentators for the match are Ken Shuman, Fred Agnir, and Bill Maropolis. The running time is about six hours over three discs.

This is an early TAR match that was converted from the DVD. The quality is lower than current productions but is decent for what it is. The majority is single camera coverage. You can stream the match on any device for up to a year as well as download the files to keep.

Thinking TAR 17. SVB vs Mills. Its one of my favorites and a lot of people still talk about it. Probably get it available after TAR 36 this weekend.

That is one of my favorites too, and I'm in on that one as well! This would be a cool subscription idea. No waiting for a DVD in the mail, watch it Download it whenever.....great idea.

Downloading now! A small glitch or two though...
Not sure if it's anything you have control over, or just Vimeo's end.

There's a big blue "Buy it all" button at the top right.
If you hover over it, it says something like "right click to download to your computer" or something.
But I don't think that works, I think you can only left click & this pops up the "enter your credit card" screen.
Can't download until paying.

After you pay, you're offered a pair of buttons: download, or watch now.
If you click download, it just starts playing anyway (on the site, not within my video playing program)
instead of downloading.

I ended up downloading by right click --> save as on each separate episode.
So it works, just could be a hair smoother.

This is awesome, thanks Justin. This 14.1 match has been very, very hard to find.

I'd love to see some more put up that didn't make it to DVD. I already have all the DVDs. It's great that they are being put up but I can already watch them. Hopefully in the future you get some of the hidden gems up there. I'm in for those.

Thanks for all the effort Justin. I appreciate all of the content you have made available.

What about the part 1 of their all around? I would prefer to watch Part 1 first, and then Part 2. Hard to resist getting this one already, though...

Four runs of 100 or more in the set? That is incredible.

It seems to depend on which browser you use. I use Chrome on a Mac and when I click download it starts downloading. I had a customer with the same issue you had and he was using IE. When he switched to Chrome it downloaded fine.

Just one more browser/OS thing.

I have been looking through old drives. Some of the stuff will make it up but it will be raw. No titles, no scoreboards. Be awhile yet. I will get most of the DVD catalog up first.

Its a sick set.

The one pocket set went hill-hill too. It will be up next week.

Try and get the Cuemakers Round table from 2009 ICCS up this week as its just a single disc.

I'm on chrome too, but not on mac, maybe I'll test out firefox next time.

Maybe the little window that started playing the video was chrome's internal way
of handling left-clicking an MP4... I'd assumed it was vimeo code making that simple
popup video player. But it might be windows Chrome does that with all mp4's.

Any chance of the Gabe vs Chohan 1P match? Odds on it being up before he gets out?
