I kinda takin a likin to the one in pink. She has a nice smile.. You wouldn't happen to have her name and number would you??? It's been a really cold winter up here in Idaho, she could help keep me warm at night and lower my heating costs.

No More Thin, Sexy, Naked, Tanned, Young, Beautiful Women With Big Hooters... imo

I agree with Island Drive, no more nekkid sexy women in the avatars... and I mean it.
I'm offended and I think people should be required to wear clothing to cover their private parts and public hair.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but so is ugly.... imo
D.

I really like the avatars but when my GF snoops she thinks i bs with a bunch of perves or have nots,i stick up for you guys and say your just perves like me. :D

Get what you pay for.

I think since we are all "guests" and a paid membership is not required; then we should respect AZBilliards design of the website and their rules also. If anyone doesn't like it, they can always start their very own website and leave. I think most people are not here because of one reason. Some are here to lurk and learn. Some are here to hawk cues. Some are here because they are bored at work and they divide the time between this and 12 other message boards.

I am here to learn about all aspects of this business and try to apply that information into sales, or a better pool room, to network with other room owners, or add a new trend to my business that I was missing. That type of thing. Avatars are as bland or as obnoxious as the person that posts them. I think people should post any avatar they wish. It just shows the public more info about the poster. If a guy is obsessed with big boobed women, let the shrinks hypothesize about why:rolleyes: . But let him use that as an avatar.

Dude, I like the smokey, alcohol, bad language atmosphere of a pool room, and I don't have kids. We are all different. You must have a tough time walking down the street these days with all the skin out there. I do live in Florida though.:D

I never did notice the smoke (I'm a non smoker) for over 35 yrs of playing other than sometimes it being too thick and no one could breath (the game was my addiction). The bad language eventually runs its course with most all of us, and the skin is what it is.
I just feel what a woman has, has way more VALUE than what she shows. Ironically the ones that are total eye candy generally don't really have much to say because they are too busy fightin' off the male flys and in turn haven't much true character. You do live in FLA, you didn't have to add that but after living in Tampa for a year a couple years ago, it speaks loudly FMPof view.
I did have a few good laughs at what creative avatars came out of this thread. I want to see our sport become as great as the game is, it took me a long time to realize that, and seeing cheap female meat shots doesn't help the big picture, the front page pic of Janette is in great taste, I'm sure she purposely covered her cleavage, she's pretty, smart, can draw her rock and has a great husband, I don't need to see or say any more.

Nope,
but I'll call Rob Johnson at the BCA and tell em we here at the AZ website think the Jr. Nationals should go back into the smokey, alcohol bad language atmosphere just 'because' its everywhere else in our society so we/us billiard enthusiasts will keep our status quo with society and only affirm their position on pool as being what its always been and will always be. Yeah lets not in any SMALL way try and help out our image to the American public, lets just support moreso what they already think and envision us as.

I have raised two daughters and keeping them away from this type of stuff can only do good, if you think your kids should be exposed to this then GO for it.
Womens image from marketing and advertising only makes them look cheap.

Protecting your children is one thing, sheltering them however will only hurt them. I hope you realize the full implications of what you are actually doing. Don't you think controlled exposure would be a better process. Otherwise, come the 'real' world when Daddy isn't always around- well those are usually the suckers pool players end up hustlin'- or possibly worse in your daughters' cases.

well

i dont understand why people are always in other people stuff who cares what they have for an avatar its thier personal choice....are you trying to take that away....Island drive do you know who else tried controling the media/personal choice....Nazi/communist so if thats what your after you have a good start.....your one of those people who cant just let other people live and be happy you got to crap on everything..but this me just expressing my freedom of speech/opinion.....something that a nazi/commy wouldnt understand

Shame on you for equating the way a woman dresses with her cognitive faculties. I have met many a smoking-hot sexy woman who had the power to seduce me with either.

Too many people take offense to that which is not really offensive IMHO. I certainly don't find breasts offensive. I find the above quoted statement REALLY offensive.

There are better ways of educating children than simply hiding parts of the world from them!

I was planning to replace my current avatar with any one of these. Any suggestions guys?

It's In The Eye & Mind Of Each Individual.... imo

In my Stickman Leapfrog avatar, I thought that it was two stickMEN playing leapfrog. Then, I thought it might be two stickWOMEN playing leapfrog.

My wife thought that it was a stickman and a stickwoman, but she didn't know which was which. There's no long hair, no makeup, no body parts, no muscles, no shoes or jewelry, no nuttin.

What do you think ? A better question is what do you SEE ?

Island Drive, do you like blind dates. Here is one for you buddy. Sorry about the partial nudity!

This guy in the pic looks exactly like a young Stephen King.....Maybe it is him, and what happened to him in this pic is what inspired him to start writing his horror novels........:D

If this is the type of avatar that people find offensive, you can find the same stuff on the cover of Maxim magazine in the grocery store, where countless kids and adults of all ages walk past and see.
IcaCt,
Like your avator..LES
