Who do you think would win in a battle? Why?

Personally, I think that Godzilla would win because he simply kicks ass. The OB1 shaft kicks as as well, but it is made of wood and Godzilla can spit fire - which in case you didn't know, is detrimental to wood....

Now if the OB1 came with a Sniper tip - who knows?

I have an original edition Predator with a Sniper tip and Godzilla kicks my ass regularly. I'm guessing that even if I changed to an OB-1 Godzilla would still kick my ass.

stupid thread.

obviously the ob-1 has the advantage due to it's carbon fibre pad and foam sound dampening core.
 
Granted, Godzilla's fire breathing could burn the OB-1.

However, if only the first few inches were to burn, the glue from the OB-1 would produce toxic fumes and kill Godzilla.

Then add a new ferrule and you'd have a shorter, but nonetheless alive, winner!

Since both are likely made in China (or will likely be copied or sent over to China for production in the near future), I would say it's dead even...excpet for the massive advantage a Sniper tip provides known by any AZer worth his salt. Or anybody who has ever used the Search button on the AZ.

The Godzilla movie with Matthew Broderick was pretty bad, whereas a movie starring the OB-1 shaft wandering the earth and getting into adventures would be awesome.

Yes! For those players with strong yet misguided strokes, the new Shafts will be made of Ebony and will appropriately be called:

DARK VADER

"Join the DARK VADER movement, and kill the weak OB1 followers"

After all, when it comes to shafts, either you're with them or against them....
