Odds of Wheat delivering Charlie Edwards Cue/Partial Refund

Apparently wheat was disturbed that I would be offended by his failure to make good on his word and sent me an pm blaming his failure to ship Mr. Edwards cue and partial refund on the bad weather in central Florida.Is anyone else(AZB? for instance) disturbed that wheat used this web site to take money, has made 4 promises of delivery and as of yesterday failed to deliver? Fortunately I am learning from Mr. Edwards to be a patient and forgiving person.Unfortunately the Federal Sentencing Guidelines take into account past criminal conduct.wheat believes that addressing potential customers with insulting names followed by lame excuses is just another way of saying "have a nice day".The guy is consistent which may explain 20 plus years of stepping in crap.Would it be wrong to start an over/under on potential delivery?

I guess the over/under is ok? If enough following maybe we can get a "vBookie" involved? Sorry about the duplicate post.I originally spelled "Charlie " wrong and tried to correct.:eek:

I guess a "Take $700.00 from Charlie Edwards and make repeated lame excues for failing to deliver Thread "is ok with you? When wheat takes care of his obligation to Mr. Edwards then this matter is closed.Until then the over/under continues.If wheat ever contacts me again with insulting names or threats then this thread will be the least of concerns.I kind of take things like that personal.I wish I could be more forgiving and understanding like Mr.Edwards. I'm not!

Errrr, Eddie? Jail or no jail? Howie wants to know! Did he make a deal with his CNC and pay his court obligation? Anyone know?

Jail > no cue for Charlie for 5 years
No jail > no cue for Charlie until humidity drops below 60% and the moon eclipses with Mars and Pluto? :wink:

(I hope he made good with the courts and will make good with AZBers)
 
Havent we had enough of these? Im not condoning the actions of either party, as I have no play in the situation, Im just fed up with this mess.

If you were the one who got nailed for the $700.00 would you still be fed up?How about seeing repeated advertising and promises of delivery which had no validity, would you still be fed up? Easy to sit on the fence and be "fed up". Mr. Edwards actions should be condoned. He is a first class act that has been patient and forgiving.He is also out $700.00 unless or until wheat steps up to the plate.

KoolKat: I do not know the answer. I know the other day he sent me a goofy private message. Either he is still out of the can or he borrowed the Warden's computer.For all I know the whole story was a sympathy hustle to begin with and a way to hope it would all just fade away.His foul mouth and threats towards me will insure that this matter will remain until Mr. Edwards is paid or wheat is prosecuted.
 
No question that we shouldn't be where we are, BUT, FAYE was real.

If the cue wasn't finished before the rains came it, like most everything else there, stalled.

If I accepted it being shipped last week EW gets one more week by default.

IMO--- and assuming he's not flooded or in the greybar hotel...

Are you Mr. Edwards Power of Attorney? are you his guardian or trustee? What stake do you have in this. As you can clearly see... the bashing has no effect.

My "stake" in this is not to stand by silently. wheat was foolish enough to send me insulting and threatening private messages.I am not Mr. Edwards attorney.I am not as compassionate as Mr. Edwards.However, I am very well versed in the application of the criminal justice system and would be very willing to help him through the steps if wheat does not keep his obligation.If wheat contacts me again I will take my own action and enjoy the process. If wheat takes care of Mr. Edwards, this matter goes away. I do not consider stating the truth to be "bashing".Why would you defend or tolerate a person the uses this web site to take money and not deliver? What is your "stake" in not questioning wheats failure to deliver as he promised?

I'd say the odds of Wheat delivering are higher than the odds of Brian not starting yet another thread about this whole thing.
