*** Official Mosconi Cup 2009 Thread ***

Need your computer next to your TV or multiple windows on your computer. Did you see the NY Times article (on the net) today about Internet based TV. Seems we don't need a cable any more. My wife nearly had a heart attack when I said that

As of this morning I am thinking about how to hook a laptop to the plasma TV in the living room as a permanent fixture. Ain't modern technology grand.

Mosconi Cup is all singles today so it should be great. I expect some great match ups with some of the best available players.

I think all you need is and HDMI cable and a HDMI hookup on your laptop and the bigscreen.

Heading over to the pool room to watch the Saints and MAYBE watch the Mosconi Cup if they have their laptop working.

Anyone found the stream?

I've got it on Ladbrokes.com, but that's only open for Scandinavians, and the window is so tiny that it's hard to watch. Of course, it's better than nothing, but I would like a stream where I can maximize the window to get full screen...

Anyone?

I can't wait for our US team to be awarded medals for this.

I just hooked my HP desktop with an SVGA cable to a 60" Vizio plama and omnisport link is looking like HDTV.

We also hav a Roku hooked to the plasma for Netflick and it too is beautiful.

My wireless keyboard is little slow but not bad

There are several links for TV onthenet I will post in a minute.

Mosconi cup is on now.

The fromsport link works, but the resolution is so bad. I bought the Omnisport stream yesterday and it looked so good.
