Official Raffle: Brand New--2008 Porper Model B Lathe--

Now available for your enjoyment is a brand new Porper Model B pool cue lathe. This is the item that many people want, but few can justify the expense. Here is your chance to get a brand new one cheap, cheap, cheap! I purchased two of the lathes and have only used one of them.

$55 per spot paid via Paypal only. This will cover the original cost of the lathe and shipping to me, shipping to the winner and the expensive paypal fees. This will include shipping in the original crate. Reserve your spot in this thread, then I'll PM you with my address. After all spots are full and paid, the winner will be determined by the Pennsylvania state daily number lottey drawing.. ... www.palottery.com

This is how we will work it.. The pennsylvania daily number is a 3 ball drawing from 0 to 9 on each ball.. we will use the second and third balls to determine our winner.. example : the number 174 is drawn, that would mean place 74 would be the winner.. also there is a day and evening drawing.. once the raffle fills up we will decide which day and which drawing will be used.. there will be notification on this thread before any drawing is made so there will be no confusion..

* Due to recent developments, I am forced to require the following of all participants: You must have at least 1 year of AZ membership, or 100 posts, or 3 iTrader transactions with different members each having at least 1 year of AZ membership. (or I must know and trust you.) I hope you understand...

* International participants please note:
This is a larger and more expensive item to ship. Domestic shipping is included in your ticket price, but international shipping will be the responsibility of the winner on this one if applicable. Rather than saying no international participants on this one, I'm leaving the choice up to you.

Here is a picture and list of attachments. I am not taking pictures of this machine because it is still crated and I am not unpacking it to take pictures.

Not trying to ruffle any feathers here, just wondering what this lathe has that the one from Joe Porpers site coes not have that he sells for 4295.00? Does this one have alot more attachments that the one shipped from him? Im just trying to find out what the 1k difference in the price is...

http://www.porper.com/index.cfm?CFI...0CDD&fuseaction=Catalog.Product&productID=100

If there is alot more tooling I would be interested in a spot.

lathe

There's always somebody in the bunch isn't there... Well let's see the lathe cost $4300 from porper and I had in shipped here for another $290. Then let's see I'll have to spend another $250-$300 to ship it to the winner. And let's not forgot the 4% paypal fees.

Cost: $4300
Shipping: $290
Shipping to Winner: $250-$300
Paypal 4%: $220

Totaling around: $5100

Don't forget all the time to run this 100 person raffle and the time to deliver it to the trucking company to be shipped to the winner. So how much do you think I'm making?? Do you want a spot or two.. I think the winner will be very happy to spend $55.00 to get a brand new Porper Model B lathe. Sorry but I'm not losing money for somebody to get a great deal..

Bump/Question:

Are Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories included in the free shipping? I know you mentioned Domestic but just wondering if it only applies to the 48 States.

Nice Offering.

Easy sweety....I was just asking a question. Yea I guess there is always somebody like me in the bunch. I was just asking what justified the 1K more than u could get it for from Porper. No doubt this is a great deal so I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. I was just asking a serious question..
. again this is a great deal here. And no I wouldn't expect you to be losing money.

I actually see it as a 4545.00 Savings! Cause 42 will win this time!

4600 odd inc shipping Original
- 55 cost here..
4545.00 Savings to me!

I dont care if he is making 5k off it it, bottom line is that is not retlated to the cost per place we pay. If someone is worried about the profit, then buy one direct.

Thanks for reading...
