I am asking for your opinion of "On The Hill Cue Sales" (http://www.onthehill.net/). Actually, I am just seeking reasuurance that the above mentioned cue dealer is a good guy from whom to buy a cue. I have NO BASIS for thinking that there would be any reason to distrust this dealer, but would appreciate any comments from those of you who may have had dealings with him. Thanks in advance for your comments.

On the Hill is a great site....and troro (here on AZB) is the man that runs it.

He's a pleasure to deal with, and he gets some really great stuff, too.

No worries. He's 100% legit, and 100% fair.

Two guys that would be good to talk to would be lenoxmjs and Worminator. Both of 'em know Troy pretty well, I think.

On the Hill

I just did a deal with Troy at On the Hill, and I must say that he went above and beyond in assisting me with the purchase and some minor refinishing. The deal was exceptionally fair. And, the cue is even better than he had said it was.

On The Hill

Troy is a great guy. he and i did a transaction at the beginning of the year and he was kind enought to let me know that my CC was reporting it as fradulent. he is really a great guy.

Top notch dealer...100% honest and will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. Do not hesitate to do business with Troy.

Don't even think about buying that ebony Scruggs... trying to convince my wife I NEED it for a christmas present ;)

HE is great!

Troy is awesome. I had problems on MY end and he was patient and understanding.

No problems with Troy.

But maybe I need it more? Hey, I'm 66 years old and don't have that many Christmases left in me! Actually, I was looking at 2 or 3 of the cues on that site, but the Scruggs "New Cue #2" is one of them. Maybe you meant the Scruggs "Pre-Owned #3?" If so, maybe we can both have a merry Christmas!

Yep, #3 is the one I am eyeing... so Merry Christmas to All... except my wife is acting the part of the Scrooge in our rendition of this Christmas tale.

Very good seller, no worries here, Bill. I bought a high end Hercek a while back and the transaction was perfect.

bill, i've bought a couple of cues from troy and he was absolutely great to deal with. he is one of the better dealers here, i highly recommend him.

Bought my very first custom cue from Troy @ OntheHill...about 7 years ago now...and bought another one after that one, using his trade-in policy. :)

Troy has been around a long time, and I would not even remotely hesitate to recommend him to anyone! :D
