On The Road Again with Perfect Aim....

Now that makes sense...........

The idea was for you (and other people) not to go around people while you were still capable of infecting others.

Not one thing I said is untrue...but you really do have some misinformation and you're all over the place with whatever it is you're trying to state.

Again, I am saying if you or anyone else is in the "contagious" stage, please don't go around others.

I am a former Paramedic and my wife is a nurse. I'll bet the medical information in my household over yours any day. Lol

If you think Drs. are be all, end all for medical info and treatment, explain why you've been so F'd up and misdiagnosed over the years. All they are is mechanics for your body, some are better than others but if you think they know everything  think how many barely passed school.

I've had allot of messed up stuff done to me by Drs and dentists.

I thought I had poison Ivy for about 5 days. My landlord had it on his arms. I shook his hand and then signed the papers. Then I ran my thumb around the inside of my sweat pants to pull them up. I figured that is why I thought I had poison Ivy.

He gave me some steroid stuff to put on it the next day. I could never see it myself because it is on the right side of my tail bone.

I put this stuff on for about 5 days and kept it covered thinking it was poison ivy being real careful to keep it covered and not spread it to any other part of my body.

I went in for a sleep study the 6th day at night so I made an appointment with my Dr also. He told me that it was too late for any medication but I could take ibeprophen for any pain.

I never seemed to have any blisters that broke open. It was pretty hardened up when he looked at it.

I'm just happy it's almost over. I only had a small area of shingles. It's just about all healed up.

Thanks for the input and info.

Just imagine the people....

The people that have shingles and don't know it until it's too late to treat, get the full brutality of what shingles is all aboutl. Unfortunately many of us don't even know what it is until it's too late. For me it was on my backside and I thought it was poison ivy. If it had been anywhere else where I could see it I would have seen the Dr sooner.

I'm learning and sharing. Things like what have been happening to me are happening to pool players everywhere over 50.

I've played pool pretty much through the whole thing. Right now it's tough because I'm so tired. Kind of weird but you get tired just like you have chicken pox except no fever. Headache everyday but ibprophen does the trick.

I don't know how long this is going to last as far as feeling bad.

The sore from the shingles just seems to keep trying to hang in the like an alien.

I sure hope some AZers that read this stuff go get a shingles shot.

You really don't know what you have until you got it.

This is the message I'm trying to share.

You can still get shingles if your vaccinated but I hear the symptoms are way less.

Do yourself a favor and get the shot.

That way you might not ever know what you are missing.

That's a good thing...Trust me..........

Playing pretty well most of the time...

Well hot dang. Maybe they will get hitched. Gene I hope you get to feeling better and hitting the balls good.

But the coolest thing is happening.

I've been working with a bunch of junior Players and the results are off the charts.

I worked with a 13 year old boy tonight after the tourney. His name is Aaron.

Right handed, left eye dominant. This kid is seeing the ball well now for sure.

Remember this name. Aaron.

Remember Sergio Reves. I gave him his first Perfect Aim lesson when he was 10 or 11. At 15 he wins the Beloit $200 entry 10 ball tourney. $15,000 or something like that.

Sergio caught on real quick as to how the eyes work. this kid will be right up there with him.

Went through about 15 videos in about a week. Don't know what's going on but all of a sudden players are wanting to learn Perfect Aim.

Maybe the word is out that it really does work for everyone.

It really does.

it's so much fun helping the kids. That is the future of our game.

Teach the kids.....................

It took him 4 or 5 years after you showed him perfect aim and you say that's why he won a 15k tournament? Come on Gene, you're not talking the a bunch of kids here. Johnnyt

It isn't as easy as that., though it would be nice if it were.

Here is a recent article that goes into more details about shingles and its different treatments.

1 out of 3 people get shingles.

You going to police all these people to make sure they lock themselves up for 7 to 8 months or maybe 2 years.

Pretty ridiculous with the small chances of someone getting chicken pox.

What would the number be if 1/3 of the population has or will get shingles. That is supposed to be the stats. That might be misinformation.

Look up more info and know exactly what you are talking before you say more please.

The risk of someone getting chicken pox from me is ridiculously low. Once the blisters are gone it's over.

Just got off the phone with Mayo.

Assuming and here say are not very reliable sources.

Get the facts.

I cannot spread the shingles to another part of my body with contact. Only in the blister stage can this happen. That lasts about 3 days. at least that 's how long it was for me. Once the blisters are gone there is no risk what so ever. Once the sore is crusted over there is no risk. Zero.

If I could I would have it everywhere.

INCORRECT, BUT FURTHER DETAIL WOULD MAKE CHUCK'S HEAD SPLIT (SEE BELOW)

I believe the doctors over AZ medical experts.

so your GP doctor did a specific culture & you tested positive? all you have to do it break the scab, to test. (same way it's spread if you scratch - which is a major issure once they start healing, like chicken pox; starts the cycle all over again.)

you sound like that Merck commercial with Tony Bradshaw - and it's good that you're getting the word out about "debilitating" shingles. but please call an OB/Gyn for better current info.

Johnny, Johnny, johnny........

I personally know Sergios father Joe.
When I was in Milwaukee teaching and playing I worked with Sergio. I think he was only 10 years old at the time. Maybe 11.

When I would see him and his father I would work with him a little her and a little there.

He's only 15 years old now. They don't let him play in any non master tournys anymore. The kids playing pretty sporty.

He actually told me that he tries to teach some players Perfect Aim because it works and it's a big factor in his very young playing career.

Sergio works real hard at the game. I'll bet there isn't another 15 year old that can keep up with him in the world. Understanding Perfect Aim just got there a lot faster than the school of hard knocks would have.

If you want maybe you might want to ask Sky Woodard how Perfect aim works.

Or maybe Danny Olsen. Or Maybe TJ Stienhouse .

I could list more but I don't think it would matter. The people that learn Perfect Aim know how well it works.

Have a good day Johnnyt

Thanks again Chris..........

I've been working with so many kids lately. I do it for free.

It's very rewarding because they can see the shots so much better in a short period of time.

Young Players that I taught Perfect aim to are winning many events.

I've started a few little pool fires up here in Minnesota already.

I will get your tips and templates out to these young warriors.

I'm still playing with your medium tips and couldn't be happier with them.

Thanks again there Mr Chris. I'll PM you my address.

Thanks my friend.............

I read the whole thing. They basically are saying the same thing my doctor told me. This is part of the article that confuses me.

Chickenpox is a contagious mild disease where small round lesions appear on your skin. These cause intense itching. On the other hand, shingles is characterized inflammation of the nerves and a painful blistering rash. Shingles is not contagious, but it can still infect a person who hasn’t had chickenpox. When this happens, the virus manifests as chickenpox instead of shingles.

Like I said, My doc said it is not contagious as far as giving someone shingles. But you can give someone chicken pox that hasn't had it.

But I did find out you can die from them and come up with other health risks.

The vaccine also causes health risks.

I can see why so many people are so confused on the subject.

I've got it in 2 spots. One was about 4 inches high and about 2 inches wide. Now it's about 2 X 1.

The other spot was about an inch round and it has healed up completely.

I sleep about 10 to 12 hours each night. Maybe this is a way that my body is trying to heal and fight the virus.

All I know is I will be very happy when this thing is over with and I can get back to feeling great again.

Thanks jeff for your help here..........

Oh boy,
is that right?

Disclaimer: not a huge gene fan after watching him berate a lower player for beating him in a handicapped 9 ball tourney at shooters in Burnsville for sandbagging(hes played that tournament at least 20 times in that handicap system). Saying that stand up players tried to cheat him by rigging the rack in this years secos tournament, making excuses for a loss or if he does win then he belittles them with perfect aim to tell them they could have won had they had this(guy gives earl the "8" in excuses and complaints, how strong is that!) now false claims about making champion players.

You like money back guarantees, ive got one for ya. You get Danny, TJ, Sky, and sergio all to post on here saying exactly this and ill personally pay you 100 us dollars.

"Without Gene Albrecht and specifically Perfect Aim there is no way I would be a champion today"

Gene you are a good player (not debatable). I believe you have a lot of knowledge that you could share to help people (also not debatable). But come on now.

Yes, Gene should take medical advice from a Paramedic over the fuggin Mayo Clinic. LOL You even got the name wrong, though it is in the Herpes family. C'mon, you basically say you can't trust doctors, but he should trust Paramedics. I have 3 nurses living on my block, and I'll bet $1000 I would get 3 diff answers about Shingles.

A person with shingles can pass the varicella-zoster virus to anyone who isn't immune to chickenpox. This usually occurs through direct contact with the open sores of the shingles rash. Once infected, the person will develop chickenpox, however, not shingles.

Hi there masked crusader,

I worked with all these kids. Perfect Aim is just a small part of why these kids are getting there in a quick hurry. They work really hard to get where they got like all the rest of us. Noone can take all the credit as you try to state I did in this post.

Your statement to get the $100 is kind of ridiculous. But I guarantee this. They will all say it helps.

I'll even do one better. You meet me at Shooters this Monday night and I will call each of them and you can talk to each of them personally. I have their numbers on my cell phone.

I got the Rockets number, Rodney Morris. I showed him this in July of 2009 at Bull shooters in Phoenix. ,Az. I'll call him and he will tell you what he thinks of it.

As a teacher it's really fun to see a young player improve at a rapid pace.

I do lessons for the kids for free. None of these kids paid for their lessons. I just wanted to help them with the exception of Danny. His mother bought him the video. Later I met him in Galvaston at the World Tournament and I gave him the whole lesson in person for free.

I really don't understand why you are trying to belittle me. I try to help players everywhere and try to help the game of pool.

Have a good day.......

Im good on a meet up as i have phone numbers also, the 100 comes from the fact that i dont have much and that youve said u keep one in your pocket to give away if they dont like the info. I simply meant that were insinuating perfect aim is responsible for a significant jump in there game, which is false, and that you were marketing your system by name dropping champions (without asking them first) so my offer stands. Have a nice day aswell.
