Hope you like HONESTY. Its not a TOP of the Line LEATHER Whitten, Thomas, or Justis, made in the U.S.A.

It is a FAUX something CASE, plus I see the FAMOUS Closures that BREAK EASY on the Top Closure, and First Pocket if you BUMP EM.

If I personally had 130 BUCKS to spend I would got to.

Look at Joe Porper in 3 x 6 as they are well made, and warranted for life.

 
Looks like a case from the R. O. C. maybe a J & J...just remember...you get what you pay for...

Dont do it, get an instroke case for the best protection for your cues. They are secure from the elements and from knocking around in the case. I bought one of those knock offs and they suck, Some dont even have lining all the way down in the tubes!!
 
If that's your price range, I'd say find yourself a Giusseppe (not sure that's spelled right).

I like the Predator cases made by Instroke (aside from the cheesy panther logo). It has held up well.

Don't buy it. The inside looks like it is styrofoam.

Buy a good case as the other posters suggested. They will last and protect your cue.
 
Porper problem

I wouldnt get a porper because you have to put the joint down for the butts. Instroke you can go anyway youd like and if you want to leave your cues assembled and use the case as a holder you can also. Guiseppe cases are also good for this--you can put butts in as you like and they have a lifetime guarantee--in the nineties they used to put ads in p&b digest with a truck parked on their case with the cue in it (dont try this at home) however the cues kind of knock around inside the case; they are not as snug and cozy as an instroke. Instroke make an affordable vinyl cowboy that is constructed in the same way as the leather version / identical interior.
 
In that price range I would recommend the Porper, even though the cues must go in joint first. Well made, protects your cues, and good warenty. If you want Leather,Although more pricey, I have the Talisman case and love it. Well made, top quality.
 
I personally would not get an INSTROKE as they use the SAME CHEAP LOCKING MECHANISM. It is very PRONED to the GIZMO that TWIST CLOSE BREAKING. One guy where I play had a NEW INSTROKE less than 30 Days, the Case Rolled in the Back of his Car, and the Mechanism BROKE. Instrokes Warranty Service according to him is very difficult to deal with. Understand there is a Guy who does a lot of the Major Pool Events that has a Cottage Industry of Fining the Spin Lock on Instroke & Clone CASES.

I had a Porper for years, and it was a good product for the Money, and Butt Up or Down never effected any of my STUFF....

That's not true. A Porper is an extremely good case for the money.
 
I have both a Porper and 2 Instrokes (before and after Taiwan). I like the Instroke better. The Porper is lighter but I cannot use the joint protectors, there is not enough head space for the custom made that came with the cue. I don't think the zipper seals out the atmosphere and there is nothing to protect the bottom when stood up. Plus there in not an option of butt up or down.

I seen a Talisman and I think I would take that over the newer Taiwan made Instroke. The Taiwan made cases look cheap and I don't think it is as well made as the older models. I won the case otherwise I wouldn't have it.

I've used a Porper 2 x 4 case for 20 years and never had a problem....

I've got a well made clone now...have had it for about 4 years without any issues. Wish I new who made it, has not markings whatsoever

I'm not wanting to spend over 150, and I need a 3x6. In that config I either go with a porper or a clone, or something cheaper. Think competition has one that would be cheaper that really isn't a bad case other than its soft on the bottom which is something I don't like.

I don't want dirt cheap crap, but can't afford to spend more than the buck and half right now.

Instroke vinyl cowboy

I got mine for like 140-150 its a 3x7, and nice.

On the 3x6 Porper case i had you did have to put the butts in joint first. That wouldn't stop me recommending them though, i thought it was a great case.
