We found out the same thing with Ukrainian and Russian.
My wife, who grew up in Ukraine and lived there for thirty years receiving a master's degree in Russian and Ukrainian literature, spent around six hours reading and researching Russian billiards and pool websites for just the terms you described and then some. Even the terms "cue training evolved" and "rubber housing" had to have been reworked to fit the languages.

Like you pointed out, it's not an easy translation at all. I noted that it was a good move by Shane to get this description correct via forum members instead of translation software, so the rest of the world can have an accurate description. He was spot on in going the extra mile.

Thank you. I really appreciate the effort you and your wife put in and you are right, it made more sense to come here and ask pool players to do it so the translation ends up being as precise as possible.

The DigiCue is a new product for us but one that appears right now to be very very popular and we want to reach as wide of an audience as we can, hence this thread.

what about one on the house for the Louisiana School for Math Science and Arts pool program?

got them the snooker table set up.....fixing to bring up some cues hopefully in a few weeks after i'm done with all the recovery work here, and one more bar box to recover.

last year they won out in their slam event with the other smart schools

Also again i have to thank Mr. Mark Griffin for the aramith balls and tons of chalk....and Joey A. for the training cue (pretty neat tool i may add).....and this board and my ten + years of study that has gotten this where its at now.

they could always use some extra cues as well....i dont pump them out quite as efficiently as i'd like in my dreams lol

chinese is not a single language: I am fluent in both Cantonese and mandarin so I can help with whichever has not been translated

You are aware it's subtitles right? How can you possibly be fluent in mandarin and canto and say Chinese isn't a single language. Have we all forgotten difference between dialect and language. While you may have a point that there is a lot of slang in canto that's not part of written Chinese, that doesn't have much play here.

My mistake, I thought they wanted to dub the video not sub it. That is why I thought the list was ambiguously compiled when it said Chinese was covered. For written you're correct there's no difference.
