Orcullo vs. Frost- Live Reports

wow another 7-0, and Scott feels too froze to shoot the straight in, lucky for him he hangs it.

I think Scott will show what it takes to make it match tightest, its too early to say he is done for, 1p is a wrestle.

Here's the 11-ball Scott doesn't shot. The score stand 7 to -1, Scott, and Dennis leaves Scott dead straight into Scott's hole. Dennis has Scott so confused, he refuses to shoot the straight in for fear of a 9-out return. Instead, he shoots and hangs the 5-ball. Fortunately, he stuffed the cueball (which I guess was his plan), and Dennis is forced to go for a homerun shot that if he makes it, he probably catches up again.

Just unbelievable. I feel for Scott. I get that way like every time I play.

You gotta shoot that 11-ball straight in the hole and take down this game.

Exactly...commentators tried to cover but that wasnt the better shot he took cause he ended up safe...I believe right now Dennis doesn't feel like Scott can make a ball

Is there hope?

The consensus now seems to be that Scott is psyched out of his normal game.
If that is the case, and the machine keeps grinding on, it may be over.

Scott is playing one-pocket against one of the best pure shooters on earth.
Normal one-pocket moves, be they Power One-Pocket or not, just don't apply to
Dennis. DO is fearless and guess what....he CAN move.
Maybe his 1-P knowledge is not as deep as Scott's, but DO makes it up by his pure accuracy.
For Scott to come back, he must not make any mistakes...forget fancy moves...get back to stone cold 1-P. Scott promised not to lose his patience; now let's see him keep his word.

He has got a big hill to climb he has to play perfect and keep his composure at the same time ,, he needs to slow down play at DO speed or he's going to get run out of the building tonite and tomorrow he will have a mountain to climb personally I don't see it happening anyone betting Frost might want to get thier money together cause it's all but over now

25-19. Dennis just won off Scott's break to go up 1 for the day.

Ball count was 7-7. Once again Scott CANNOT win an end game. Not a single one. He just back cut banked a ball at his corner and hit it so bad it went in the side leaving DO a simple spot shot from outside the kitchen.

I would guess Dennis is 90% on all games in which the score was 5-5 or thereabouts, 80%+ on the games when the balls were up table INCLUDING the games in which he was leading (like where he lost from up 7-0, and 6 to -2).

I'm not trying to belittle him. Just hard to watch. To be fair, DO ran 7 from a spot most mortals could only get 2, where each of the next 5 balls were miracles back to back. It's not all Scott's fault. But it's his cross to bear.

Everest now?

Now it's like a race to 21 and Scott spots Dennis 6 games on the wire......
based on what we've seen, it sure doesn't look good for Scott.....
