Hello all,

my name is Andy, 22 years old and I'm from Germany. I'm playing Pool for over a year now and I'm getting more and more addicted to it every day :D

I have ordered a Guiseppe cue case, my name printed on it's back, at the end of January 2011. I paid the case directly by Paypal. Today I'm still waiting for the case. I wrote two emails but did not get any reply from Billiardwarehouse until now. Does anybody know if it's normal that an order takes so much time at Billiardwarehouse or is there something wrong!?

I would appreciate any help (maybe someone from Billiardwarehouse is registered here!?)

Best regards,

Andy

I ordered something from them a couple years back, And it took about a month. I am in Canada. I was happy once it had arrived but... Felt very impatient well waiting. Hope it comes soon and if something happened, Im sure they will make it right.

I have bought at least 25 things from them from $5- $400 and never had a problem with any of it. I'm in Florida maybe out of country takes a lot longer. Johnnyt

Hi, I have bought several cues in the past from Greg/BW and everything has been more than ok.
If you have ordered a "custom" case (putting you name on it) I suppose it will take awhile before it can be done in the factory. I don´t know what shipment you paid for but it can take at minimum 3 days (Fedex) to a loooong time if you choose the "cheapest" shipping. I once waited on a cue for 4 months from a cuemaker - believe me when I say I was surprised and happy when I finally got it:).
I would think that you have chosen a rather economic shipping because I think a Fedex shipment would run you 150-200US.

So - I think you just have to wait a bit and don´t be worried - BW has been around for a long time.

They have a toll free phone number posted at the top of their web site. Call them right now and speak to them directly. (888) 809-7665

Could it be locked up in customs in Germany? Those people take their sweet time. I sold a collectable Porsche to a friend in Istanbul. It left here in July. He didn't see it until the following April. It spent MONTHS in a Turkish customs warehouse. Nothing was disturbed or stolen...they just took their sweet time before releasing the car from their clutches.

Welcome to Pool, and glad you are enjoying playing it more and more. Never had a problem with Billiard Warehouse. Do you know if it has been shipped yet or not? If so, can you get a tracking number? and see where it is at? I would suggest calling their 800 number too.

I also ordered a Guiseppe cue case with my name on it. If I recall correctly it took 4 or 5 weeks and I'm state side.
I've been dealing with them starting around 2006. 2 cues and several shafts. Never had any problems.

I wouldn't worry about it. Greg over at Billiard Warehouse is a good guy, runs a tight operation and has been around for as long as I've been in this business (which has been about 7 years now). Emails can get lost in spam filters from time to time, so it might make sense to give him a call.

Yup, be patient.. Greg from BW is awesome.. Never had a problem myself either, custom jobs can be delayed by the manufacturer and have nothing to do with BW..

yes Greg is a great person. i live in sc and paid for overnight and he even called me and told me that there was no need for it bc it would be there next day anyhow. since then all of my online business goes to them.

When you call you may want to let them know you had two emails go unanswered. It sounds like they take their customer service pretty seriously and I'm sure Greg can appreciate that not getting a response to emails can make a prepaid customer a little nervous.

I have purchased many of items from Greg at thebilliardwarehouse.com over the last 10-12 years. i have always got super service and both Greg and his wife were very knowledgeable and great to deal with. If you can call him he will take care of any problems you may have.
