If I shipped a Tasc to you in that triangle box and it got damaged.....I would be raked over the coals by you and this forum. The fact a top tier cue maker did it should not give him a free pass. These triangle boxes have been proven time and time again to be marginal at best.
I stand by my statement and I speak from experience. This box resulted in a cracked handle on a 1980's Runde Schon.

Not if you shipped it Next Day Air...I have shipped over 30 cues.. ALL NEXT DAY.. No issue... For the most part the only way I've seen damage like this is when trying to save on shipping by choosing longer transit times...
Best part is if you don't like the way they're packed you probably won't be ordering which leaves shorter wait times for those who have cues on order.. I'll take that..
It's common sense really. Don't you think if they had an issue with their shipping methods they'd be changed by now?? They dont so they wont..I stand by mine as well so we'll agree to disagree..
