I sent him a cue that to me looked like it might need refinished. 10 days later I got the cue back unexpectedly in the mail. It had a note from Keith that it didn't need refinished. I unwrapped the cue and shafts and about fell over, He had buffed the butt out like new and cleaned both shafts to near new (Kersenbrock cue). Cost $20 shipping total.
It has paid off for him several times since. I have him do cue work and even added a couple of his cues to my collection.
If you lose a little making a customer happy it will pay you 10 times greater than the loss. This arguing isn't doing either side any good.
Just my thoughts...

PAIN said OK......SORE took pics instead
kinda like someone asking for the 8 which you agree to and then still not being able to get down![]()

ONE PROBLEM.
aaron took his own pics of the wrap and finish before he shipped the cue.
i would go after the shipping company who delivered it.
the first pic is of the wrap seam.

Question, does anyone think after all this crap ,that aron sent it out all messed up?, of course he did.. he wanted to to look stupid... uh huh.

Honestly, these are the kinds of post I mentioned before.
I would love to see how someone else would have handled this situation so I would know the proper way about going about this sort of thing...

Sore and Pain: The Movie
Or, how about a WWF Wrestling Match:
Aintya a Pain, Pool and
the Duel of the Tool, Fool
Maybe it's time for this real life soap opera to end. Why don't you both just call it quits? Do you want to end up disliking each other or something?

Sore_Aintya said:Like I said, 2 mega pixel camera so pictures are a tad drab, I'm sorry.
Here is a nice shot of the forearm scratches though.

Now imagine this on the white butt cap area, although there, they have had dirt or some other dark substance trapped in the grooves then cleared over. Disgusting really.
The ivory inlays look especially bad, the natural grain goes up and down, while these sanding lines(?) go round and round, making a checkerboard mess.![]()
