Yeah, I listed a Predator BK for $100 shipped in great condition. Went to bed and woke up with 10 people all wanting it.. Even had offers of $150 and $175.. This was about 2 years ago..

As much as I hated turning down the other higher offers.. I still sold it to the first person who sent me a PM accepting my sale price of $100..

Which was az member DoubleDave..

I know your not defending the guy buddy..:) I was just stating that even though he realized he left money on the table....that is no excuse not to follow up on your original deal....that just shows the mans character imo...
 
I guess in the end at least he got his money back with no problems on that part. When deals go bad that's the best you can hope for. Now it's best to just move on I guess..

I probably shouldn't have commented on all this as I had nothing to do with the deal. So I apologize for my posts.

IT IS STILL PANHDLCE THAT DIDN`T KEEP THE DEAL BUT .I WISH ERIC DIDN`T GET INVOLVED

NO....I didn't miss that.....I fully understood that statement....but ultimately Phil had the final decision on whats right or whats wrong....well you all know the rest of the story....it's very sad how a fist full of 100.00 can sway a persons loyalty and word.....unbelieveable
 
Please leave him negative iTrader feed back and post his name and details to the "Transaction Report" sticky. His reputation will catch up to him if he deserves it. Some times things go wrong for strange reasons and can't be helped, but I've heard other similar stories about this same person . . .

That is a strange statement why would he make an offer through Eric and not directly? It makes no sense. Could just be BS.

so it wasn't because the cue was damaged then? Can't believe you'd complain about slow pay. I'm still waiting for you find your atm card so you can pay me for that sugartree sneaky...oh wait I sold it after waiting 2 weeks on you. Of course I lost about a 100 from some one else because I took you at your word.
 
Hey Cubswin My truck was vandalized, wallet taken and I cancelled all my cards, jump on the pile now, after all what were you selling? A $500 SP, My wallet taken along with over 4k in tools that was way more on my mind than your $500 SP EXCUSE me

Oh and yes the cue was no longer in pristene condition, but go ahead jump in with some more moronic comments

Yes it was a 500 sneaky, that I turned down offers of 600 because you said you wanted it. Waited 2 or 3 weeks on you, with you telling me you wanted it. So sure I'll jump on a pile when you say "Check arrived days late" because it seems ridiculous.

22 May (Thursday): Deal agreed to late in the afternoon.
23 May (Friday): Mailed bank check that morning.
24 May (Saturday):
25 May (Sunday): No mail delivered.
26 May (Monday): Memorial Day; no mail delivered.
27 May (Tuesday):
28 May (Wednesday): Bank check in your hands that morning.

Seems reasonable to me.

So the question: who has the cue?

I thought you said you didn't want to sell to my lower than asking price offer, then got back to me a couple weeks later saying you reconsidered? In fact I believe I still have the PM's. If I remeber correctly you were asking $575 and I offered $500
