The only reason I figured some of those candy bar posters were kids is because one posted loving a certain candy bar in the 6th grade, as if that person is now maybe in the 10th grade.
That's an inconclusive assumption and probably erroneous. I had candy bars in the 1st and 2nd grade but could still post in those threads now as a 40 year old. Everyone in here could post on the candy forum with their favorites who are older than I am. You're one of them.
In my original post there were 6 CANDY WEBSITES. Do you think all of them were kids? Here's one of them: https://community.qvc.com/t5/Kitchen/Favorite-Candy-Bar/td-p/3269319/page/2
QVC. Do you think kids watch or go on a QVC thread or TV station?
It's a social anxiety support page, which tells me most of the members are probably teenagers and a few concerned mothers. Naturally there'll be a few with hateful attitudes that deserve a good banning.
How do you know you aren't misinterpreting it as far as the members?
I'm glad I wasn't around years ago when the CTE questions were first being asked. I happen to a be a 2D drawing guru when it comes to pocketing balls. I mean, when aiming a collision between two balls sitting on a level surface, we're dealing with two circles (the equators of the balls). I can use hockey pucks and pocket them just like pool balls, as far as aim line and shot line. CTE perceptions would also work if I understood how to just come in on that final aim line to CCB. I'm not baiting and I'm not questioning the concept.
There's the answer! You don't know what there is to know and neither do the other antagonists.
But to any outsider, like I was a months ago, Dan makes a good case that questions seem to be viewed as blasphemy.
BULLLSHIT! We're sick of those kinds of attacks and know where they're leading. Do you think what he posted is the first time that's ever been said? GET SERIOUS!
So I'll just wait on the book and hope it makes more sense to me than the videos have. And if it doesn't, then that's okay. I'll just put the system on the shelf with a few other things I find hard to understand.
I also believe Mike's forum rule about not to compare or attack aiming systems was an honest attempt to keep vintage flames under control. But the problem with it is in the definition of "attack" I suppose. Anyway, at least we're all having a conversation about it.
