I hope that this forum remembers the trials and tribulations of Gene Albrecht and the constant badgering by a few vocal vigilantes that want things their way and their way only. And when the next Pied Piper of Hamelin comes along playing a unique tune, and the naysayers come out screaming their putrid diatribe, the good people of the forums will speak up in defense of the new comers with unique ideas and demand for the naysayers to be silenced and to crawl back in their holes.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for your words of encouragement.

It's been a tough 3 months here of healing up but I think I'm getting to the end of the road.

I love to teach but i also love to play. Can't wait to get out there and do both again pool hall to pool hall in person. The good old fashion way.

As far as sticking around it's not really all that tough when you know in your heart and see everyday how much you are helping players improve their games. Those great big smiles tell it all especially when a player has thought for years that they had seen it all.

Gene i wanna thank you for the phone lesson you gave me yesterday i am seeing more clearly then ever!!!! i will fix the 2 things ASAP my head shaking when i get down on my shot an get the right eye in position i played pretty good tonite i am happy how i shot just need to tweek alil thanks again

now i am for sure going too take JoeyA crown MUAHAHA!!!!

thats ok i play all games good you pick the game if its 1p its on 9ft 8-ball or 9-ball or 10-ball its on bar box bank pool don.t matter what table

I little friendly verbal jousting. Fun to see..........

But what i want to see some day is the 2 AZ horses in a final match at one of these tournys. I really believe it will happen someday. Maybe sooner than later.

Both you guys are playing better than ever and getting deep in these tournys. Just a matter of time until one of you or both of you crack one of these big ones. Joey's been getting deep consistently:yes: and Rob :yikes: just shot up there from nowhere!

And I guarantee that would be one match I know alot of AZers would really love to watch.:cool:

That would take too long. "I" do however have my wireless mic ready to commentate my own finals match though. :)

Hi there,

As you can see, you can actually see the shot better when you get to this position. Wait until you work on this awhile and it becomes almost second nature.

Once that brain gets used to getting the correct picture the arm and body will get that much better at stroking that cue straighter. Alot of good things will just start happening naturally. Because your eyes are in the best natural position that they can possibly be in.

It sure is alot nicer seeing the shot and feeling it will go on every shot. You can still miss it but at least it's not because you dogged the eyes.

This and this alone is so responsible for many, many missed shots. If it didn't look good from the first that you get down and if you shoot it there is a good chance you will miss.

So i just want to add to what many on here have said. Gene spent almost an hour with me on the phone and what he told me has definitely made a difference in my ball making percentages. Anyone on the fence needs to take this opportunity to improve their game. Thanks again geno and wishing you continued speedy recovery back to 100%. See you this winter in sunny AZ my friend.

When you called for the Perfect aim phone lesson I was pretty excited. i knew what this would do for your game and knew you already played at a higher level.

I told you that you would play great at that tournament even though it was only a few days away and i heard you did. Your team won the whole thing and your a big part of that team.

Hard to believe that this works so good and nobody is teaching it? But I'm sure you already know that by now.

I'll be sure to look you up when I get back down to Phoenix. Maybe sooner than later.

I cant believe the differance

I took the free lesson and then I got the dvd and have worked the stuff out for a month now and I can honestly say that I have made a big improvement. Just take the free lesson and you just might learn a little somthin.

Finally found the correct thread for my post.

I have been following these threads for many, many months and finally decided to give Geno a call on 11-09-11.

I have to say that Geno has a wealth of pocket billiard knowledge that he is more than ready to share. What a great conversation we had. It lasted for approximately 2 hours.

I have a table at home so the training he offered made the lessons easy.

I am analytical by nature. Always asking "why". In other words the chances of me doing something just because someone else says its true doesn't fly.

I have to say that everything Geno taught me during those 2 hours could not be questioned. SEEING IS BELIEVING.

I have been playing pool since 1963. Back then and possibly even today a good player wouldn't help a young kid trying to learn. I quit playing about 10 years ago and just started back almost 2 years ago. Practice trying to get back in stroke has been tough, but I'm no quitter I just keep pushing

Geno made me a believer. If you get a chance give Gino a call, a very pleasant person to speak with and willing to take as long as it takes to help you.

I'm forever grateful for Geno's teachings.
