Hey guys,

I finally received the PFD Studios I have been waiting for. It's a 40 point (all recuts, not veneers) Ivory and Ebony with Silver and Ivory ringwork. It has matching fancy JP's and an Elephant ear wrap. All the white in Ivory including the joint and buttcap.

Paul also made me a matching break/jump with a Uni-loc pin at the B/J joint.

Comments welcome!

Dem Caps..

Monster,
You did good..
The cuemakers make the best caps..
Look how nice Mr. Drexler's caps are on the cue..
Only the cuemaker can match the rings perfectly..

A perfectly matching Cap... Priceless.. :)

Awesome piece of Black and White Art.
But it looks like my pfd was the starting point for your cue ;)
Or let us say we are brothers now.

Yes, that cue was what my cue was designed after. Craig is correct though, it was originally his design. Which is why Paul calls it "Irwin Crown" the "Irwin" part referring to Craig's last name.

Wow

Wow is all that comes to mind when i look at the cue. This is by far the nicest pfd i have ever seen. I am a biggest fan of the ebony and ivory. Again wow if it plays half as good as it looks you are a very lucky guy......enjoy the cus jeff

Thanks guys!

The cue does play very well but it's going to take a little getting used to. I have been playing with my PFD Davis blank and this is..... different. I'm not sure what Paul did but I get tons of english and lots of feedback. I guess because he knows my style of play (lots of spin and moving the ball around the table) he must have "tuned" it for me.

Paul did a nice little upgrade on the rings, very close, but just enough to say that is NICE.

AND,

I did ask for sharp ebony points on your cue Erich, but i got the rounded ones. In this new cue the ebony points are sharp and i tell you what, if Paul would have done this the first time i would still own that cue.

and I bet it plays lights out!

I´m a little bit jealous about the logo I didn´t get. Paul made a signature by hand but no logo...

Does anybody else have a cue with signature?
