Great pics, David, especially the one of you with Vivian. It's nice to see Melissa Herndon slimmed down. She is really very pretty and I'll bet it's easier to get around the table now. I saw her in Vegas and she was strutting her stuff! :)

Melissa looks great! Every single day she shined both off and on the table. She was definitely focused for this event - and believe me - heads were turning when she walked by!!!

It's been quite a few months since I talked to her but the last time I did, she mentioned that she had been losing weight. This is the 1st pic I've seen of her since before then.... Tough to get the full extent in these pics but I can definitely see a difference... Melissa, you look great. ;)

I was living in Kissimmee right up until about 6 weeks ago. I have returned to El Paso. I was in Orlando last week just before I headed to this event. I'll be helping some players on the Ladies Spirit Tour (coaching/sponsoring) so I'm sure we'll run into each other sooner or later. Hope you're doing well....

Scott... since these pictures were taken I have already grown the beard back. lol.

david,
i am an original member of the spirit tour and have supported it since its origin.
due to some surgeries this year i have gone 10 months without practice, but did shoot the tour last month to come in 7/8 ( see pics on tour site)
your drills in the past have been the source of many new shots for me, and i look forward to seeing you and working with you.

Thank you all for noticing and commenting! It has been hard work, but it has also been a lot of fun! I changed my lifestyle in December, and I think that it has really stuck this time. I eat completely differently than I used to....and I am still working out regularly...even after 6 months! I am really enjoying life right now....and this new lifestyle has a lot to do with it. And of course, the weight loss is a great benefit as well :)
