Please return the Tascarella

Also, quite a few people have cell phones without cameras, as their job may forbid them.

You sure are good at making excuses for people.

"Yeah, I wanted to send you a photo, but I have a job that forbids me to have a camera in my phone, and I don't have any other cameras, and I have social anxiety so I can't ask ANYONE else to text you a photo of it either. I just sit alone in my room stroking the tasc, I mean jackpot cue that you sent me. I don't even go to a pool hall."

I think I have done verything I can.I have looked through out the house,thinking I could have misplaced it.
At this time I would prefer to get my mind off of the missing cue. When I try to respond to your questions it creates anxiety that I would prefer to forget this unhappy experience.

I have tried often to explain it but it comes down to an error that I made,which I don't fully understand I posted here because i thought several buyers might not know that the Tascaella wasn't the Jackpot.

I know that sounds impossible to the majority of you guys,maybe it is.

Please allow me to forget this.
One last thing,there were never 19 Jackpots or 18 responders. I did ship out
Vigus,Schons,and other cues in the same little black cases

I will show you guys the respect you deserve by telling you if the Tasc shows up here or is returned.

Please do not expect any more responses on this subject and do not take it personally if I don't answer questions.

If the cue shows up, I promise to sell it and donate the money to some worthy cause.

I have bought and sold many hundreds of cues over my collecting. There have been times where I thought I still had a cue, only to find it had been sold or traded at some point in the past. Managing a collection of several hundred cues can be a daunting task.

^^^^^^^^^^^ is what I had in mind when I said...."if Dean in fact did send the wrong cue".

I've never collected cues to that extent but, I do know some that do and it is really hard to keep up with that many.

I have a friend that misplaced a Bushka and another high end cue and literally couldn't find it for weeks until he sold a display case. The two cues was in a 2×2 case and almost left his house with the purchaser of the case....

I remember him saying "whew, 30k almost walked out the door"...

It happens.

I just wanted point out how unlikely it is to not have a phone that takes pictures(most cheap flip phones takes pictures btw), AND also somehow not know a single person with a cell phone, not at the pool hall, no kids or grandkids with them, no sibblings, no friends no family either with one, caretaker doesn't have one. Come on.

Sure some people don't have smart phones, but how likely is it that on top of not owning one, they don't know a single person that does?

Just so ya know...most services are phasing out flip phones. The providers aren't supporting the lower speeds any longer. Not sure how long it will be before it trickles down to TracFone, but it will. They don't provide the actual service, but are a re-seller of cellphone time. Verizon and AT&T are the primary sources of the cell phone service they provide, and when they say it's done, it'll be done. So be prepared to get a call and/or a letter telling you that you'll need to upgrade at some point...

Sorry for the derail.

Hopefully someone steps up and does the right thing for Dean

At this point I'm thinking it's an inside job.

One more observation for the unsophisticated among us: just because your cues have prettier stickers than this one doesn't mean this Tascarella is ugly. It is beautiful in it's simplicity, craftsmanship and presentation, you uncouth ignoramuses.

Sooner or later they find me.
Dan in Cali just found 6 cues he didn't even remember owning. Probably 30K worth.Not saying you are old Dean. Just saying we are nuts. If we were squirells we might better know where all our nuts are!
I wish it was in that beautiful case you gave me. But I checked and is surely is empty.

Hey Dean hope your doing good. You should ask June if shes seen it. Whenever i lose something the wife magically knows where i put it. Hope this helps.
