I'm glad everyone is enjoying those Dynasphere Tungstens and that I didn't steer you wrong.
But back to the gumballs and cleaning. I was wondering if anyone has noticed dark speckles on the yellow-green ball? I suspect this is some mold/mildew, as the box I received was moderately covered in mold/mildew. I tried the Aramith cleaner and even a little of the restorer but haven't had any luck removing these speckles. I'm thinking about a soak in vinegar, but I'm worried that it could damage the ball. Any thoughts on this?
How or what do you play with those balls with the letters on them?
Interesting collection. Thank you for presenting them.
What's the deal with the dice balls and the set of balls 1-5 to the left? Are they fancy casino and bumper pool balls or are there special rules for them?Hi everyone. Wanted to share a quick pic of some pieces I've added to my collection since my last visit.

Big thank you to Rubiks Cube for taking care of the Raschig Snookers for me. Easily a favorite of all my sets.
**just noticed a big white dot on one of the dice balls. I must have accidentally drawn on the image while trying to brighten the picture up. Balls are packed up now so the white spot stays!
I know a little about them. I've got a set. A guy was unloading a case of these on eBay last year. Supposedly, a newspaper ordered a case of these custom balls in brown houndstooth boxes from Hyatt for reasons unknown. I found an old Hyatt manager on LinkedIn who worked there during the time these were made but unfortunately, he had no info but did say they did quite a few special orders like this. Who knows. Here's the original shipping label from the case.Does anyone have the background on this set? 15 different colors, no numbers or stripes. The balls past the black are the first 7 mixed with white to lighten the color, pretty clever!

I'd really like to know what they were used for. The balls are pristine and have never been played.I had the same label, didn't know if these were a production set or not, sounds like they may be a custom order. Pretty cool idea
