Pool Ball Collecting.

Chances are slim, I'd say. As no EU or US companies replied to me, I am currently in negotiations with a Chinese company to make a custom Poker Pool set for myself. Buying a nice one used, seems to be impossible to me, and I gave up after over 1 year of searching 🙃
Wow, I can't believe there are so many people chasing CardBall balls! I played it in Australia in 1993 and fell in love with the game and have been obsessed with it since. So much so I went to great lengths to find the original owner without success. Last year I finally decided to chase it and redevelop the game commercially. Its been quite the project both from a difficulty level and financial investment. We are aiming for a commercial launch by November 2026 with a US distributor nailed down and still looking for distribution for all other areas but talks are ongoing. I have had many iterations of ball designs and have finally managed to find a supplier who can make high grade phenolic resin balls, I even cold called to the Aramith factory here in Belgium but they were less than helpful. The mould investment frankly is quite a chunk of money. However I did get 4 sets of balls that I am no longer using, and seeing as you are in Austria I'd be happy to send one set onto you if you cover the postage. I don't need all four anymore. Let me know if thats of interest.

Hello, Amadainmhor.

Firstly, sincere thanks for joining in on the thread.

I truly admire your endeavours thus far regards the Cardball venture. I know from experience how difficult it is to make any pool ball design a reality so respectfully tip my hat to you.

If you skip back a few pages you will see that I (and others) have followed a similar path in recent years, so would also be interested to chat further if convenient.
