Post Bigfoot updates here

Morra played a nice safe and ended up with a long-ish shot on the 1 but hung it. Busty runs out. Taking a break w/ Busty up 7-4 now

Busty is shooting like a guy who has a buddy that took Morra +4 for $1000 on the side...

I do not think his almost missing that 10 was a mistake, Busty can shoot extremely well opposite handed and that thing was a hanger for him opposite handed.

Lol, good one. Sounds like a good idea to risk the potential of 16k for first to win chump change. He's a professional, I think Busty has a little more respect for the game than that..

I think Busty is an old school pool player who knows all the moves that being a professional pool player and extremely successful gambler entails.

Do you think Buddy Hall being a professional did not throw his finals match against Mike LeBron as well?

Plus, I did not way what is actually happening, I just think the guy who got up 6-1 with extremely strong play seemed to change his gear pretty suddenly and does not seem to look like he is focusing quite like he was. And I have too much respect for Busty's game under pressure to think he is just playing bad. This is the guy that did not blink when a guy ran a 13 pack on him and instead asked to double the bet on the next set. I "do" think this match is going a little "funny" atm.

I think Morra got there though, looks like Busty is ready to close this out now.

In the hill-hill game, when Busty kicked softly past the 8 to the end-rail to hit the 5 softly, did Jay initially call that a foul and then change the call?

The Buddy Hall match you're referring to I'm guessing involved a lot more money than what they were playing for. That move sent pool back to the stone age lol.

Obviously you don't play a lot of matches because you would know it's nearly impossible to play perfect and consistent in a long and important match. Even the slightest error can get in your head and change your emotions and focus tremendously for the rest of the match. I'm done arguing on the the internet for the day, anyways go Morra!!

Absolutely beautiful hill/hill game. Playing on the 5 for a while now. It's there for Morra now...

Yeah... I have played a few matches in my day and I know how emotions and swings can affect various players and am pretty good at reading people. I have watched a boatload of players who knew how to work every angle on a table and knew how to turn it on and off when they needed to. You might know of one of those players I got to watch in my early years of the game...

Anyhow, I love how that match ended.
