Pocket Chaulkers

I think both models would work very well. Of the 2 , I would probably like the loop model best. Thanks for the product and the opportunity in the raffle. Please let me know if I've won. Regards, Kennyratt kennyratt@yahoo.com

Kennyratt,

I'm sorry to say... your a little late....the contest was limited to the first 57 entrants as that is the number of balls in the lottery. The numbers go further only due to an error that was made by one of the posters posting winning numbers early and there was a correction post after that. (Posts number 47 and 48)

Sorry
Doug

here's a product idea...a spacer for when the chalk gets worn down. i am a good chalker and wear my cube down evenly, without drilling a hole. but when the chalk gets smaller, it's hard to use the pocket chalker because the chalk is too far down in the holder. it might be ok for the drillers, but i like to use the edges. maybe a stackable set of plastic chips to put underneath the chalk?

EDIT - Nevermind, found them :) lol

Willie (Should've cleaned his glasses earlier :p)

Thanks Everyone...The numbers are taken...

Ok...I guess I need to make a post here....some people haven't quite got the drift...

All the post numbers for the lottery have been taken. Only the first 56 people to reply can enter because there are only 56 numbers.

I will post the winning numbers from MegaMillions from the TUESDAY after the last number was taken.

THE DRAWING DATE IS JULY 31st......

As for how you will be notified...YOU may or MAY NOT... The guys that give away a million bucks don't notify you...lol...If I get the time, which I probably will, I'll send out a pm to the winners but my parents are here from the US and I'm not sure what my time will be like so check back....

If your anxious and want to know where the numbers will be found....go here

I think we've got that handled

McChen,

Thanks for the idea and I think we've got that handled... If you take the snap strap cover and wrap it around the chalk it pulls tight. As your chalk wears down, you can simply push it higher in the holder and then wrap the strap around it to hold it in place. Unless you're a 'grinder' on your chalk this should work just fine.

We need 2 more players....

POWER OF THE FORUM and something for FREE!!! This is not a sales pitch so I hope it's not a problem to list in the main forum. If so and the moderators decide to delete it, we'll have to start it over.

There is a whole new breed of quality when it comes to leather Pocket Chalkers and chalk holders in general. We'd really like to get this new idea out there and get people talking about it so here's a little motivation:

We're going to give away 5 sets of chalkers. 1 'Euro' Pocket Chalker and 1 Euro 'Finger Loop' Chalker - ($31.98 value). And...one lucky person will receive a set of chalkers($60.94 value): 1 of each from our collection: A 'Euro' Pocket Chalker, A 'Euro Loop' chalker, A 'Euro' Key Chain, A 'Euro' Key FOB, A Case Clip and a 'Euro' Wrap. (I know, what are you going to do with 6 chalk holders???...sell them at your local club and buy some table time and a cold one :) I only ask that you don't put them on eBay.)
The idea is to expose the quality of the 'Euro' Pocket Chalker Series AND get feedback on the idea of the Loop.

The fine print:

Here's how we're going to do it. Quite simple actually. We're going to use the Mega Millions Lottery numbers.

The first 56 people who watch the 30 second video and reply to this thread with a comment, will be assigned the number that corresponds with their post. The first 56 comments get the number that corresponds with their post and since the thread starts with #1, the 57th person will get #1. (Please play fair, watch the video, give us your opinion and only one post per person.)

All comments are welcome so please stick to the topic and be honest. Maybe mention whether or not you have ever 'palmed' your chalk.

There are 5 white balls and 1 yellow ball in this drawing. The person who gets the yellow ball will win the complete set.

You should be aware that the first 46 people and the last person who respond will be the only ones who qualify for the complete set because there are only 47 balls that are yellow. So don't wait.

Mega Millions drawings take place at 8 p.m. Pacific Time every Tuesday and Friday. We will use the numbers from the drawing on the Tuesday following the last number claimed and we'll do our best to ship them out on Wednesday. (If I have your address and information.)

At the end of the lotto, contact me by email with your mailing information. After you receive your chalkers come back to this thread and tell us what you really think of our products.

Good Luck and we look forward to your comments.

Any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at admin@pocketchalker.co.uk

* I have to limit this to BLACK LEATHER because the Cognac color is in high demand and short supply at the moment. Sorry.

**I need to give credit for this idea to www.Pro9.co.uk. They are the One and Only site for European Pool Players. They have all the latest news and some of the Best Products available. Big Dave Knight is also one of the Best Journalists in the business with some of the Best Photos of your favorite players, so visit his site and catch up on what's going on over the pond.

Now you just have to justify that your pocketchalker can make your bridge more solid. :-) Nice product.
Best Regards,
JoeyA

Ok Roy....You're the last one....

Everybody else's will be shipped out first thing tomorrow(it's 9pm here), which is actually Thursday, sorry. The post office doesn't pick up mail and I was out all day. Plus I've just recently gotten 5 out of 6 addresses and wanted to go to the post office only once.

Besides waiting for addresses, I really wanted to spend some time with my folks who are here(Poland) from the US.

Hope you all understand.

Now, If I could only get Roy's address...........

Roy Steffensen #39 Where arrre youuuu...??? :)

Roy, I hate to break it to you..but if I don't have your address I won't be able to send it out until Monday. The family and I are heading up to the Baltic Sea for a little R & R. You've got about 3 hours.

Congrats everyone and we're looking forward to your comments....

Thanks for participating
Doug

While I don't have a Euro Chalker..... YET, I've found that nickels work pretty well in the chalk holders to raise the chalk up if needed.

Or you can just get the Euro Chalker and as your chalk wears low simply:

1. Unsnap the strap from around the chalk.
2. Push the chalk up to the desired position
3. Re-wrap the strap around the chalk to hold it in place
4. And last but not least....send me all your extra nickles

Have a nice day
