Just got my utility bill so...

new prices on the following: Capone has sold!!!

yes, it is for one month... and no it is not for a pool hall, it is for my residence...

years ago, the "wife" wanted a larger older house for the character, charm, big windows, 10 ft ceilings... yaddah, yaddah, yaddah... boy did we/she get one!!!

3500 square feet, 2 story, full basement, full attic and one room for pool...

I paid $35 for electric last month...

p.s. we don't have gas, it's all electric
p.p.s. we had to turn the heat on once or twice last month because it dropped below 50? brrrrrrrrr!

Looking at the due date on the bill, you could always tell her to consider it her Valentine's Day gift since SHE wanted the bigger house, yadda, yadda, yadda..........

I formerly worked for a company that was based in Irvine CA, was offered to transfer there... cost of living there was huge... but it is so beautiful... wished that I gone for it now... but they don't need any pale overweight guys on those beaches...

I just calc'd my combined gas, electricity, and water bill for last month... and it was $192 ($107+62+23) for a 1600 sq ft, 3-bdrm, single story house occupied by two adults here in the Seattle area... not too bad... we heat with gas, including the water heater... and everything else is electric, including the clothes dryer and stove.
