That's right. He peddled his DVDs and left.
Do you REALLY think that those few DVDs that he sold on here is the
reason he was posting. He is very passionate about the game and wanted
to share his thoughts and way of playing. He was and still is a tremendous
player. He answered every question asked and gave very freely of his time.
The best way to teach his method (TOI) other than private lessons was with
the DVDs. C. J. is financially well off enough that the time and money he
spent to make the DVDs cost him, and he knew that when he did it. He
left for the same reason that all the others pros did.

He is too busy on facebook trying to convince everyone that the world is flat.
Oh yeah. Good stuff. I don't even know why I was seeing his facebook posts, one of my pool buddies must be following him on FB and maybe I see it when he posts something to CJ. Nuttier than a fruit cake in his flat earth theory stuff. But, in this day and age, conspiracy theories make money. Who is gonna buy a book that says JKF killed by Oswald![]()
IMO Justin Bergman is the best pro that has come on here in many years. He's not a "know it all", he's not trying to sell anything, and fields questions honestly and W/O talking down to anyone. We should listen to him, as he has done it and is still doing it. Johnnyt
Well said, and I completely agree! There are a lot of guys here that people should be listening to that are not pros.
Pros do not necessarily make the best teachers nor offer the most insightful opinions. Interesting takes, no doubt, but most of us will never see that level of play, nor are we natural talents that played at a high level early on in life.
For my money I want to hear from the guy who struggled and gotten better, has science to back up his position, or at least steal from a gilt-edged world champion and glean what I can. "Pros" are a dime a dozen.

Thanks JustinB appreciate it. I think a lot of people thought I was you & you were me lol. Sometimes I get hot when people say I have no chance against Jayson when I've played him multiple times and he only beat in the banks at Derby. That doesn't make me a better player and I can admit that but I think we are real close & I'm not scared to play again like everyone else thinks. I can tell you this though, I wouldn't play Orcollo.
