I understand nothing is being wanted/sold. This is where the thread started and I felt this is where I should respond. I have had a week to reflect...and,

I want to apologize for the comments concerning Ken's (kchighendcues) mother. My comments were uncalled for, and in very poor taste. I would give an excuse why.....but everytime I write it out, it still does not justify my actions. I hope Ken will forgive me.

I have met alot of people since my short time at AZ. Some well thought out, some triggerhappy, some just plain angry. Most of the members here, are both passionate and devoted to each other, and to the game of pool. As am I.

I know I have acted in a manner that was questionable in your eyes concerning a "rogue" cue that I wish to never mention again. Let it be known that both Barry and I have had multiple conversations concerning this issue. We both respect and understand both his and mine opinions Concerning the sale of this cue. I feel the same as you concerning Barry's character and integrity both personnally and professionally. Concerning this cue....I will not repond to it again. It is over.

As far as any other concern........you have two choices......you can continue to treat me as AZ's "redheaded step child", or we can start again, and from here ...... let history begin.

If you've gotten this far ....... thank you.

It took a lot to come forward like this and it shows you care about your rep. Personally, I respect that, so join the club. I think most of us collectors (and dealers) have had our own problems with precisely this sort of situation and understand exactly how it feels to be caught in the middle with high $$$$ cues.

I am sure you'll have better luck with future transactions and hope to see you on A-Z with us other cue guys.

Wrong things can come out when heated. The question becomes do you cut and run, or take a moment to reflect introspectively. Then decide if you might have been in the wrong and take responsibility for them.

Thanks for being honest, we are all adults here, and while none of us are perfect, the first step in that direction is first knowing, and then publicly admitting when we are wrong!!!!!:)

very glad you reconsidered your actions, Greg. As Tate mentioned, some of us have been in this siuation before, and instead of perpetuating the bad "karma", sometimes it's better to just eat the loss, and move on.

It took a lot of guts, courage and foresight to renounce your questionable actions. It is obvious that this is a community that sticks together, and we reward our realtionships with honor and loyalty.

With a clean slate, I personally welcome you to the az community.

Although I wasn't...............and still am not interested in the cue....................................I tried to bid on the girl. If she's still available, I'll take her................verification from any well known and respected cue makers not needed.:D
Seriously though. This is what is so nice about the AZB community. Everybody here has everybodys back. And regardless of what differences of opinions arise, in general, all members are respected and opinions welcome.
