i love the cue, the work is great.

what it needs is a little more inlay work between the points to balance out the look front to back, the butt sleve is 10/10 jam up!!!! the wood is too, The colors of the cue all work well together, Here is where you might be losing a few people-the over all balance of work in the cue is a bit butt heavy, it needs a bit more work up front-thats what I see. Please dont take this as a knock-its a beatiful cue as it is, just my opinion.

Eric:

These guys wont take that as a knock! I know them both very well. How is the back doing? You going to make to the 10 Ball Ring game in Olathe this year when they have it?

yes most likely i will be there, i have been sticking close to home the past 18 months(very unusal for me) so yeah I got the bug to travel.

my back is better, I'm right now fat right now I gained 5 pounds and am 248-252ish and thats WAAAAy to much. I honestly think I can start the gym now(my back is good enough i hope) and then I will be more fit and feel better.

I had my hands on this cue Saturday night and it is simply gorgeous. The pics here don't give it true justice. Great inlays and the woods are fabulous.

If this cue goes to Texas....it might not come back.

Fatboy - 250 is not so bad if you are 6' 4" or so tall. How tall are you ?

6'1 1/2" I was 6'2". I had abs when I was bodybuilding at 268, I still carry alot of muscle, I cant get below 225 no matter what-its impossible. Somewhere here on AZ is a 3 or 4 year old pic of me when I was big.

I'm just about healthy enough to start the gym again, I just need to drop fat and build muscle-i dont care what I weigh, right now i'm just too fat, the BF body fat-it too high, nothing i havent fixed 40 times in my life. Damned ice cream awalys gets me, its my crack pipe.

I have that ice cream problem also!!

I got to meet with Q-Ball down in Cahokia this past Saturday. Great guy that does excellent work! I was a pleasure meeting with you, and the cue is more stunning in person!!!

The cue looks really nice. Personally, I wished they hadn't done what seems on the surface to be a rather exact rendition (dimensions, style, etc.) of the way Gilbert does his Chicago style Schick homages, which was intentionally different that the way Bill does his. Just my opinion....would have liked to have seen something a little different. Otherwise, looks like this cuemaker should have a bright future.
