old school way:How are the pocket openings cut in slate? Thx
its the best and has stood the test of time. its relatively cheap and has some flex so it cuts/machines easy.Interesting. What’s the next best thing to slate? If there is such a thing
There are different kinds of "slate". Brazil produces a very hard slate that a lot of companies seem to be using now. Italian slate is softer and easier to work. A brief search online gives lots of propaganda from people trying to sell you one or the other. Like "beautiful and fascinating", which is irrelevant if it's covered with cloth.Interesting. What’s the next best thing to slate? If there is such a thing
I know some antique tables used marble. I have no idea if it was/is any good though.Interesting. What’s the next best thing to slate? If there is such a thing
