A close friend of mine lost his 3 cushion billiard instructor (he lived a long life) and my friend placed 3 carom balls in the casket. As it was being lowered, the balls shifted and rolled to the other end of the casket. All the moarners heard this clatter.
For the few who understand the billiard passion, we knew he was just scoring one last point.
As for cues, however, I have (and I know you have also), far too much respect for the cuemaker to forever remove a precious cue from the world. Best to will your unsurpassed collection to those you love or those you know share your appreciation.
