I`ve had this cue since the SBE in march and I`m just now getting around to taking some pics of it. It had a black leather wrap on it when I got it, but an hour later it had a white/green spec linen wrap put on by Jimmy Reeves. Jimmy did a heck of a nice job on the wrap & pressed it as well. Thanks to Marcus (FASTNLOOSE) for the help on the wrap color. Also want to thank Danktrees as well for working the deal with me. I really like the ''Old school'' look it has to it. Jerry Rauenzahn makes one hellva beautiful cue that plays just as good as it looks. I can`t even get the beautiful birds eye in the forearm to show up in the pics because of my crappy camera. But the forearm is loaded with them. Enjoy the pics & thanks for looking. Jeff

Thanks Steve Credit for the wrap has to go to Marcus, he said make it look old school and it sure does look sweeter with this wrap color on it.

i'm glad you threw away the leather wrap, linen is the plan. I'm a htporcrate because I play with Lizard, my cue would look stupid with anything else and I happen to like how it plays. But for 24 years I played with linen and I like the feel of it much better and you picked the perfect color too. congrats.

Thanks Berny, Eric & Lenny for the comments. I`m just not into leather wraps for some reason or another. I have played with a few cues that had a leather wrap on them, but I just can`t get used to the feel of it. This Rauenzahn cue is the first one I`ve owned, but probably not the last one I`ll get. This cue with this color linen wrap to me just looks ''old school'' & thats what I like. I`m just not into all the bling bling fancy stuff that other people like. Thanks again fellows for the nice compliments.
Jeff
