Radial shaft inserts?

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or sell me a few phenolic shaft inserts for a Radial pin? I've been looking all night and can't find where I can get them, so I figured I'd ask you guys...

Hi,

To achieve repeatable concentricity you need to install the solid insert into the shaft.

Then you must true the shaft in the chuck, machine a precision face and tap your insert so the threads will be true on the X axis so when you mate to the butt the cue rolls perfect.

Taping an insert and then installing it could be problematic.

Why not tap your phenolic, turn it close to size, put a Radial pin in your lathe, make sure it's centered, then put the insert on it, and turn it to final size. Bore your shaft, (again making sure it's centered, and spinning true) and install your insert.... DEAD NUTS EVERY TIME, no tapping with the shaft chucked up.
I prefer doing live threading with the "insert" already in the shaft, but for tapping, I'd rather put the insert in afterwards. Especially if the taps don't have a follower.
