Hey All,

Day 1 of my vacation and i am already hitting them pretty good.

i went to a different room that has the best Gold Crown I on the Planet.

started out loosening up i ran a 40. then I started a game with Charlie(Forumghost516) and he leaves me an open shot with 7 balls on the table and says "Uh Oh, here we go" and i hit him with a 64. only 4 balls away from my high run of the year !

it made me real happy to run this for him since he really knows what it takes to run some numbers and he could really appreciate it...Plus i felt after he said that, that i needed to really hit him with a good run.

i didnt bring the camera cause i didnt think there was a good spot for it, after playing there today i see that there is.. i will bring it tomorrow to see if i can keep it going.

Congrats Steve! And it's cool that you have a witness (albeit a mumbling, kicking-the-chalk-cube-across-the-floor Charlie because he left you open like that ;) ).

I feel that high run glass ceiling is going to be broken! (Or, at least, we'll hear a loud thud [no crash] and a Steve K. going, "owwww, my aching head..." :) .)

Congrats again!

Great Run

Congrats Steve. That is a great run during a match......... But............ Did you tell Charlie that you were going to write about it here on the Forum before the match started??????............. ONLY KIDDING...... LOL
Really 64 is strong. Good shooting. Glad to hear that you are doing well.

Nice shooting, kiddo.

If you are on vacation all week, I will expect you to keep it going and report back. Too bad you couldn't video, but as long as you were shooting smooth.

great job! Because of those runs happening unannounced I am recording all of my 14.1 matches from now on. We can learn a lot even from the matches that don't have a high run. Congratulations!

Charlie didn't ask for consent, but I am giving it here. I really hope he chimes in. I would really like to see what he has to write!

Guys I have watched Steve play for years. There are only a very few people and I can probably count them on one hand who really know how good he actually is and what he is actually capable of.

I consider myself lucky to be one of the few.

Oh and i am completely insulted that I was not consulted in regards to posting this.
lol lol lol lol JK

Guys its not a question as to if steve will run the hundred on video its just a question of when and I think it will be answered sooner rather than later.

Keep up the great shooting Steve.

Good shooting big guy. I think you're going to get a bigger one this week. Poor Charlie, first Barouty then you. He is going to get tired of racking pretty soon. lol.

Nicely done!!!

I always feel like high runs are a little more meaningful when you have them during a match...

... not sure why though??? :)

Keep it up,
Ray

Congratz Steve :o)

From the few i saw and heard til now Steve is for sure a talented player. Also playing against *good* players in training is very helpful bc you know that *he* could judge you ^^
The 100 is already inside his head (and several times played, grin),

gogo my friend,
Ingo
