Definately a Spain forearm. Pin and joint rings aren't Spain. I will stick my neck out and say an early Gus with Spain forearm.

John Guffey or Verl Horn. Leaning towards Guffy. Reason being that the points look a lot like Dan Prather, and the rings look like some stuff I saw John make back when I was around him.
