Imho the list might look something like this:
1. Efren
2. Ronnie Allen
3.Shannon Daulton
4.Steve Cook
5.Eddie(damn,can't think of his last name)
6.Buddy Hall( he's slightly underrated)
7.Cliff Joiner
8.Allen Hopkins
9.Scott Frost
10.Nick Varner

I'm not sure about the Eddie "can't think of his last name"...so I'd replace him with Tony Chohan. Mike Surber is definitely another that should be considered...

San Jose Dick McMorran beat two of the folks on this list when they were in their 20's or early 30's and Dick was in his 60's.

Ed Kelly, one of the best One Pocket players ever.

Danny DiLiberto

And lots and lots of others.

How...

How do you leave guys like Grady, Bugs, and Incardona off of a list like this? And the Eddie you would be thinking of would be Eddie Taylor.

Clearly you missed one. travis trotter is one of the top 1hole players of all times. except the fact that he doesn't go in tournoment.. he just play with his dad in the garrage.

Travis for sure, I sure did overlook him, I hope no offence was taken.

I dont think frost or hopkins have made the list as of yet. Bugs should be up there as well, if nothing else his banking could give that list atleast 9-7. Eddie taylor is on the all time list but not that last 20 years. I like parica on there before hopkins or frost. Grady's best years were prob in the 60's 70's.

This list is pretty solid. I would definitely change Scott Frost to Bugs and probably Eddie Taylor to The Miz. JMO.

My bad-Parica definitely.

Gotta leave The Knoxville Bear up there. He had several top 2 finishes at Johnson City and could bank like there was no tomorrow.

Eddie makes the all-time top 10 but not the last 20 years. He retired in the late 70's early 80's. If you leave eddie on there then you gotta add Cornbread, Jersey Red, and quite a few others. Efren would be the only one left from the original list.

Thanks corey for bringin up cooney. I still dont think anyone has seen his true speed. So he def gets a mention on the list.

I was thinking the same thing. Even Ronnie Allen is pushing it, considering the past 20 years.
