Nice work Jim! Someone's going to be happy!

I'm curious, is the cue cored? Did you purposely make the balance point that far forward?

I haven't seen many (and this may be the first) birds eye shafts. Is there a reason for this, or more of preferred feel kind of a thing? If they play well, I would think there would be a lot of people that would want that look. I think it's very cool. Nice cue!

The B-eye shaft does play a little different , seems to me a little stiffer .

I did try to get the forward balance , and it feel very very nice .

Yes , almost all my cues have a 1 pc. flat laminated core . .670 in the forarm and I cut the rear to .750 . 1 pc. with a step in the middle , where the A joint would be .

That cue is gorgeous!! Work like that is the reason I chose you to make my cue. Love it. The ringwork is awesome!!

I don't think I have ever seen a bad cue from you Jim! Your work just keeps getting better and better the longer you hang in there.

Crazy looking wood, very nicely done with the rings, and especially the j/p's>>
I also like your material selection for the butt cap.
Very impressive cue design

Tastefully done yet with great impact visually. If it plays as well as it looks - great cue!

Showpiece cue Jim. A rich blend of color, delicately set off with the little white squares. Thanks for showing.
