Regarding Charlie Edwards Cue !!!

i know that because i don't read every single post here at azb, that i might have missed it but, did he tell Charlie he was sorry yet?

To be honest, most of us should thank Mr Wheat. He is like the olympics. No matter if some of us disagree on damn near everything, we all come together and agree that this guy should just go away, and take up another hobby(hard for me to say profession, when the guy obviously hasn't done much, and for SURE will not do any more with members of AZ). My Edwards, you really might be my hero for not going postal.

I'm sorry if I made the length mistake ! It's always posible considering the various numbers I'm working on with custom orders at the same time but still doesn't make it acceptable !

My concern is with MY customer and as far as what everyone else has to say about this deal is irrevelant to me I won't even read the posts and others can trash me all they want...I care about my customers remarks only ! and since I do have a customer base now and are building from there they are my only interest at the moment !

Yes I made a few mistakes and errors.. so be it ! I'm willing to stand by them and rectify any diputes regarding them !

As I said before... I will be building cues for many years to come and are becoming more and more efficient as time goes by and the world of AZ is only the initial test market for me so that I can make any adjustments and work out the bugs before the main launch !


Let me know if you would like me build you a replacement cue becasue it bothers me that you are NOT 100% satisified with my work !

You have a simpler method to "make this right".

Step 1.
Stop responding (toughest step)

Step 2.
Make the man 2 free shafts at correct length (this should not take long).

Step 3.
Send the man new shafts and $150 real dollars.

Step 4.
Wait for the man to thank you and earn some credibility with this forum.

Just gave my 2nd red rep ever. The first one went to KV.

Funny this is I remember EW backing up KV a lot and I remember thinking at the time, "Is he backing another cuemaker's bad business practices because he is planning on doing some bad business of his own?"
 
One footnote

I recieved quit a few Red Reps for my post

I was trying to help turn a friends life around and better the community.

If that is wrong then you guys need to Red Rep me right ought of here.

Its not my liveyhood on the line I can't make Eddie do anything I can just hope he does the right thing for Himself and Mr. Edwards.

In the morning I will wake up still loving the game of pool and beautiful cues.

I'm having the shafts corrected, as we speak. I don't need this or any more playing cues. Thanks for the offer to make this thing right, but I respectfully decline. As far as I'm concerned you don't owe me anything. We're even.

If you want to make me happy, just make sure that I don't see any more posts about you not delivering other members cues. Let this be the only deal that went bad. If you satisfy your other commitments I'll be as happy as a dead pig in the sun.

On a side note, let me explain something. The money and cue were always the most unimportant things to me. My time, my peace of mind... those are the things that you disrupted. I just want you to see that things like this can have far reaching complications for your customers, besides the grief they have to suffer through.

Eddie, stop making the same mistakes over and over again. And stop playing people for fools. I've owned cues from some of the best known and respected cuemakers. I've played pool for over 40 years. I know what's going on. I know the process very well, when it comes to ordering/buying cues. This aint my first rodeo.

I've asked you once already not to post anything that would make me have to respond. I'm asking this one more time.
