Relations/Your Forum Name

TAFKaENIGMA used to go by the name ENIGMA until there was a dispute over the marketing rights to that name, so it is TAFKaENIGMA until litigation ends and ENIGMA can be used again without any legal action against him

My name

is from the latest 'handle' I seemed to have picked up from Pool.
Skeet Henderson, who published the Indianapolis Pool News, gave
me the name 'Snapshot' after I won my first monthly tournament
when I lived there for a year. The 9, of course, is for 9 ball. I suspect
that he gave me that name from the way I break the balls.

just kidding

poker handle that I had to come up with - computer created half of it. could be the type of firearm that i carry as well.

This is my name.... my dad saw someone on tv with this name and liked it.

cubsmightwin,
Let's see..."hopeless Chicago Cubs fan".... Is there any other kind?

Signed,
Ex-Chicago Cubs fan (when they traded Lou Brock for Ernie Broglio I smartened up and changed allegiance for good).

I was born at Boston Memorial Hospital (which doesn't exist anymore) and am a Red Sox fan by birth. I had a day camp counselor who played in the Cub's minor league and am a Cubs fan by choice.

It was once hopeless being a Red Sox fan and may well be again, but they got it done for a while at least. There is always hope, even for the Cubs.

CC,
Perhaps a more appropriate screen name would be "Pollyanna" for all those die-hard Cubs fans. Myself, I think it preferable to root for more likely occurrences (you know...like the sun coming up in the west, Drivermaker's return, Clippers in the NBA finals, Saddam Hussein as a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars", Hilary Clinton spread in Playboy, etc.). The Cubbies are not going to rip my heart out again (I'm not as dumb as I look).

Satman comes from selling those satellite contraptions that can get you more channels for less money. Had to get that public service announcement in there. If anyone needs a dish, I'm willing to travel{to some extent}. as long as there is a tournament or some action in the vicinity. Sam

Icon of Sin is the last level of one of my fav video games I used to play a while ago (Doom 2), ever since that game I have used this handle in everything I do online.

also use cubswillwin in a few places....pipe dream

I'll never change teams, only time it was close was when they didn't sign maddux at the beginning of the year way back when and he went out and won the cy-young and said see ya at the end of the year even though the cubs offered more money than he asked for at the beginning of the year.

Well, I'm a Jersey Native, (Newark), now displaced in The ATL, 14 years now...(does that qualify one as a Native?), anyway...it's also after my Dad, who was a pretty well known Player around Newark, NJ. back in the day, they called him 'Jersey Sam'...

our user id names

i got my name from a situation at local poolhall one night. two kids i know, both came to my from opposite sides of the poolhall and simultaneously said "hey brent, do you have any sticks for sale?" a friend with me said that would be a good id. so, that's how i got the name. it kinda does make it sound like i'm ONLY in the business of selling cues. it's more a sideline hobby than anything. sure couldn't live on it. haha!! brent

Huge cub fan myself. Born and raised in Chicago before moving to MA for college. Never sold my allegiance to the Red Sox...hehe. Hey, if the pattern follows, the Cubs have a great chance next year (considering Red Sox won it last year and the ChiSox won it this year). I'm all for patterns. ;)

A person I hadn't seen for a few years said something like "How've you been? You must be playing Masters level by now." My response was "I'm a master at racking...".

(My real name is Ectoblatt diQuebulonn Spleefniffle, which is a pain to type...)
