Reno 9-Ball Brackets?

I just did a search to see if SVB or Scott won their match last night but with no results. Anybody know that? ... without start another thread.

It went case game. SVB won! It was a really tight match; they must have had 5 or 6 break and runs each. It's a shame that one of them has to go to the losers bracket because they are both playing so well. Shane missed the two ball in the last game and hooked Scott really bad. Scott missed the kick at the 2 ball and SVB ran out. Great match, thanks TAR!!

THANKS! I had to get up at 4:30 so I just couldn't stay up any longer and left after Shane broke in the 9 (and 4 other balls!) to make it 2-1 Frost but I had to stop before I got hooked! :) The 10 ball championship match wasn't pretty and Shane had missed an easy shot in the second game of the 9 ball match so all that helped me get away from "the tube"... so to speak.

I WISH the brackets were up somewhere.... anywhere. I want to watch the progress of my young friend "The Sleeve", Adam Behnke (pronounced ben-kee). I guess I could call Lil Joe... he'd know.

How can, what is touted as the biggest bar table event in the country, not have brackets online? Even when they had the 10 ball brackets up, they were 6-8 hours behind. In this day of laptops, wireless internet, cell phones - it seems that it wouldn't take much.

Even the coverage of the Reno Open is very poor. Sure miss the on line live streaming coverage of the IPT, ow that was cool !!

Brackets are up for 9 Ball

The Reno 9 Ball brackets are up and Shane and Scott are set to play each other.

You are correct sir. Scotty did play exceptionally well however and probably deserved to win. Shane was fortunate in the case game and as we all know when both participants are plying great, one or two good rolls can decide the outcome. Actually both played a great match and it was worth the $15.

The announcers were keeping track of how many mistakes were made during the match and they had Shane at 3 and Scott at 2. The match was very tight and Shane caught a good roll on the final game missing the two and hooking Scott. In Shane's defense the shot kind of had potential to be a two way shot and it worked out in his favor. They both probably broke and ran six racks each during the match and no one ever had a lead greater than two games and it was only one game separating them 90% of the match. This match alone was worth the 15.00 PPV fee.:D
