Repairable or not ???????

This is fixable....I have done a few for people that just had to have their cue fixed. They all played and looked normal when I was done.

Anything is repairable including this. Would this by chance happen to be a McD?
If so, either them or Ryan.

It would be, I have had the other two in the set if 3, actually a pretty nice hitting cue.

Would love to see the inside of that one including the hole for the pin and how the collars were installed.

I'd love to hear the story of the owner.
" It just broke while I was playing with it." ???

Sort of reminds me of this break. :(

I'll retell my story about a highend Gina.

I never saw the guy slam or otherwise abuse the cue.

Only time I ever saw him mistreat it was when he simply let it fall after a missed shot in a money game.

To be clear. It was vertical, buttcap on ground, and he let it fall to the floor.

The forearm snapped in half and the entire room gasped.

After it was fixed I couldn't tell it was broken...

An old and very wise man told me in my youth that there are 2 things that can never be figured:

What's on a woman's mind and the strength of wood cross-wise.

He was much wiser than I knew.

Is this a situation where epoxy is the only option,or would there be a potential use for good old hot hide glue? Tommy D.

Well said. Another reason that cues should be cored.

Yes you can fix it but it is not worth the time and effort. This one is junk. Get a new one.

Rick
