Reporting a run (110)

After a short break from playing 14.1 I came up with some notable runs in the last two weeks including 90, 70, and 74 on my diamond table at home and a 71 on a Brunswick at my local pool room.

Tonight (Dec. 23 2011) I came up with a run of 110. I got a little lazy at 110 missing a pretty easy ball down the rail. Could have broken my high run of 159, who knows.

Well played, Landon. Straight pool skills translate well to all the games played over the glorious green felt. so you're on a winning path.

Will you be at Derby City? If so, make sure you try the 14.1 challenge.

Thats Awesome Landon !!!

I told ya you can do it if you Stay Positive and Motivated...

i have a real funny feeling if you keep at it, that high run is gonna be broken real soon !

Stu: Landon just answered over on facebook that he was planning on doing the 14.1 Challenge at Derby this year.

Thanks again for being a sponsor and I hope to see you there.

How d

I get to practice once a week, yesterday I ran 267 on my first attempt after just cleaning the table and balls. The table plays soft and I was not recording the run. I think on this particular table I have an outside chance at (as Steve Lipsky would say) "the perfect run."
See yall at the DCC 14.1 challenge.

Congratulations to Landon and anyone else who is able to top the personal best in the discipline of 14.1. It's also a true form of art to watch a player run through racks.

nice run landon.Danny your consistant high runs dont surprise me as i have told you i felt you have been the best 14.1 american player but to prove it to everyone else you have to get out and play more.

Thanks wrlpro, however part of performing well is being comfortable while competing, on that note I will compete where and when I chosse to do so. As you may or may not know, there are very few 14.1 events out there. especially ones that are not dictated by politics and or favorites.

yes danny i understand what your saying and again we have had this talk a few times. All the 14.1 challenges at the dcc and valley forge are ran by reputable people and neither have any affliation with Charlie Williams or dragon promotions at all I assure you and that is why they are so successful.Ive been at the valley forge event each year and had a few top players play in the event because it is independtly ran. They do a great job and there are no politics at all just a couple of guys and 1 gal that simply just love the game.

good luck,

Bobby C.
