Richard Black Cocobolo Hoppe FS

Richard Black

"for all intensive purposes" Does this mean the cue is not absolutely straight with both shafts together and apart? Thanks.

The term "for all intensive purposes" means nothing.
The correct term is "for all intents and purposes".

Regardless, it's a very nice cue.
I love my Richard Black cue.

Sorry for my misquote

I appreciate the constructive criticism.:D. I mean that there is such a minor amount of light that you can see under the joint that it could just be the taper. Rolling a cue on a table is not the best way to check for straightness. You need to put it on a lathe. Spin it and you can tell then. The only reason I mentioned it is because I believe in full disclosure. I don't like surprising people. Like I said, it is such a small amount I couldn't even slide a credit card under it.

Nice Cue

This looks like an awesome player for any intent or purpose! But especially for 8-ball, 9-ball, 10-ball, straight pool, 1 pocket, etc.

Good luck with the sale!

I gave my son a R.B. cocobolo hoppe cue for a present 15 years ago. It is an awesome playing cue and it is his lifetime player. glws
My son's R.B. is 57 1/2 in. like George Balabushka made his.

Love the cocobolo along with my favorite veneer color combo. Would love to hit a few balls in person with this cue. Any chance you are going to the DCC?

I am really interested, just waiting on cue weight. Would you mind giving me a call. Cash in hand.

Thanks in advance,
