I recently picked up this Rick Howard 9 pointer and figured I would show you guys. This cue plays unbelievable. This was Rick's daily player for a few years and he told me today he regrets letting it go to my buddy a few years ago. I am just glad I finally talked my buddy in to finally selling it to me.:) This cue truly is a bad boy. I don't think there is a cue made that plays any better than this one. (and I have tried a lot of 'em)

Very nice wood combo in this cue and the birdseye is spectacular.

Very nice!

I have an ebony cue coming from Rick in the next few weeks and I'm really looking forward to it. I've heard a lot of great things about his cues and can't wait to finally try one out for myself.

Congrats on the new addition!

I have one coming as well, although I am not sure how soon. I can't wait to hit with one of Rick's customs-

Rick Howard -

I got my RH cue at DCC this year from Rick that I designed. I didnt know he did nine points or I might have had include that as well.

As far as a playing cue, his plays as good as any of mine (at maybe 1/3 the price!). His veneer work is better, far better than most. Take my cue and lay it beside about ANYONES and compare and it will be an eye opener.

Anyone want pics, of ebony on ebony with blue, black blue veneers, send email and I will forward them to you.

The cue has ivory joint, and ivory hoppe ring, and ivory rings, and ivory ferrelles.

It is a dandy. I play with it everyday.

That's 9 points. Too bad for you Rick couldn't include his world class stroke with that magic wand! Sweet stuff!!

Sweet looking cue. I play with a used RH now, definitely want to order one new from him someday.

Funny thing about this cue is it is not signed. When I talked to him the other day I brought it to his attention and he said....." It was my cue and I knew who made it, why would I have to sign it?" I thought it was funny but it made a lot of sense.

He cracks me up too.

Rick has a real dry sense of humor. I told him I wanted the signature Rick Howard on the end cap, in white.

He response was, "Of course, that was his standard." I personally dont like any of the cuemakers that sign between points. For me it is a take away.

Each to their own I suppose.
