Had administration cared about their staff as much as they cared about their cash cows (you, the students), my brother might have not taken his life.

He spent endless hours of his own time, at home, working on plans for his students to be successful - that went uncredited and unnoticed, except the praise for him on this thread.

They continue to tarnish, disrespect his dedication and dishonor him post mortem - aside from this cheesy post.

"He spent endless hours of his own time, at home, working on plans for his students to be successful - that went uncredited and unnoticed, except the praise for him on this thread."

This is far too common with large companies these days and universities are clearly no exception... use the hell out of their employees and give them no credit at all. Induce mental stress and anxiety which could be crippling or in this case, worse.

Maybe I can shed some light on subject of money, as I know several young people personally going to College & Trade Schools.

Days of going to either, and being able to work way though either are gone.

Federal backed student loan cause cost to sky rocket.

More School’s need same business model as College of Ozsrks also know as HardWorkU. Students leave debt free.

He wasn't a student. He worked there.

in the nineteen eighties came the answering machine, so you could filter your calls by letting the machine answer, listen to the voice on the line, and decide to pick up the receiver or not

i never did this, i used my elbow instead

if i didn’t want to tree talk to you, i’d just hang up on you

i don’t need to block anyone on a forum (yet)
if i don’t like it i keep on moving

This is about a AZ member. no need to be an a-hole and don't don't try to put words in my mouth or corner me. i fought the big 'D' myself and used my own methods/humor to just say fk it and move on. welcome to Ignore yourself dickhead.
I'm sorry, I didn't want to sound mean or attacking you. More like a tribute to your humor you were mentioning. I'll delete it.

JustNum's messages were fun and made me laugh. Sometimes, when someone passes away, it allows the community to celebrate them just as much as they are missed. Ever since we learned the circumstances of his death, the thread has taken on a much darker tone.
For me, it’s a reminder that pool was once my way of getting a colleague to go out and clear his mind. Now that he’s found a new job and is doing better, I don’t play as often, and I just hope we don’t lose touch.
My deepest condolences to his family.

Through another thread just found out that Prof. Justin Ramos passed away about a month or so ago. No real details other than a LinkedIn post by some colleagues where he taught. Hey brother you took all our shots at your sometimes(usually???) zany posts but it was meant as just fun needling. Sounds like your students really liked you and you'll be missed. Hope you're entertaining/baffling all those in heaven who now have to fade your 'enthusiasm' RIP brother.
he was diagnosed with schizophrenia and hung himself.

That didn't accomplish anything. He's gone. Brian.
Kinda harsh? Some, in fact most in life, are struggling with things in silence, leading lives of quiet desperation. The pool world is a tough crowd, and as a result that individual took a beating here every time he posted. I can only hope that it didn’t contribute to his demise and the unfortunate way it occurred. May he R.I.P.

Icon of Sin diagnosed justnum five years ago at https://forums.azbilliards.com/thre...ists-and-educators.533319/page-2#post-7015828 .

In the 2021 post, justnum posted the following and he got many negative responses. One fellow asked justnum how he handled the responses, and Icon of Sin explained how justnum may do that (copied below). It looks like justnum may have posted to get responses, any kind of responses.

What if every middle or high school physics class had a billiard ball experiment.

Fun experiments are when students can try to be the best at some random skill no one prepares for.

Ive attached a video with the physical observational students would perform. The main purpose is to get students thinking about controlling the world through magnetism.

If your interested in more or seeing a more complete packaging solution for your classroom excitement the digitally message me on this account.

Maybe next year you will see my product lineup at the BCAEXPO.

I have decades of experience using existing and developing original scientific experiments for scholars at all age levels.

Check my profile for more professional
references.

Next week I will feature battery powered magnetic applications.

think I have an answer to this... it's the only conclusion I can come up with after reading post after post, thread after thread. With that being said, this is going to be the last time I ever post in a Justnum thread and I completely encourage the same for everyone else and hopefully after reading my theory you will do the same.

I'm saying this in all seriousness and not trying to be funny or mean (like I have been in the past). I think he has some type of mental illness. Something that manifests in delusions of grandeur and a need for attention in any form. He seems to have an attraction to pool (or at least the equipment and movement of it) but does not seem to express much desire in learning it in the traditional manner and doesn't really speak to that part of it. Based on his youtube channel, he seems to be all over the place, much like his posts.

The delusions of grandeur seem to manifest in his desire to be a professor/teacher or the source/origin/founder of something. Nothing specific as his ideas change from post to post. He has a desire to teach people things about pool when he doesn't know anything about it. See his pool exercises youtube video. No one does anything like that and no one ever will.

The attention seeking is evident in all the hate he gets and just ignores and continues to post even more ridiculous shit. At first I thought he really was trolling, but the youtube videos seem to be evidence against that. No one would go through that just to troll a bunch of AZ-holes... and if they did that is even more evidence of mental illness and having too much time on your hands.

So like I said, this is the last time I post in a Justnum thread. It's an exercise in futility. I'm not a mental health expert and I'm sure all the anger I have previously spewed is not helpful to whatever condition he may have... not to mention, not replying to his threads is good for my own mental health as well.

Forgot I wrote that.

I feel like whatever Justnum was experiencing is partially due to the nature of the connected world we live in these days. You see it constantly on social media, especially tiktok/instagram reels. People just seeking that quick attention and validation and in some cases that old adage of "bad press is good press".

There is a guy on Instagram right now that is the perfect example of this. Goes by Kenleeefastman (https://www.instagram.com/kenleefastestman/). His schtick is that he is/thinks he is super fast. Every video is him knocking over lighters or clothes pins... or grabbing something off a table really fast. Some videos shows him shadowboxing throwing kicks and punches. While fast, you can see by his technique, well, that there is no technique. Just doing something fast and thinking he is great for it. Seeking validation from people who don't know any better and either ignoring or "liking" the negative comments or criticisms.

That's just one example outside of AZ.

Good post, I see it even in my own kids. Hey, BTW, do you/did you happen to ever post on bladeforums? I remember a dude with your same screen name who had some pretty sick videos with a balisong...could be confused though.
