Why is Yuri not posting here on this thread? Abd why is he not emailing me or Bama saying he is sending back our cues. Seriously if someone reaches out to me and trys to get things straight I respond well.

We know for a fact that he has Bamas Meucci, cause he was showing it off on another website. So why he didnt mention that cue along with the case and BCM cue is curious also. And no mention of your Jacoby, which hasnt been mentioned by yuri or any of the guys that have talked to him, which i'm sure yuri has also.
I have been get conflicting information from different sources about my particular transaction. I received an email from Yuri today stating that he is sending my cue back and is requesting a refund. There are 3 separate PayPal accounts involved in my transaction. I find it odd that none of these people other than Yuri have contacted me about the $245 missing from their accounts.
None of this makes sense for reason.
I am waiting for this cue to come back and collecting more information.
Yuri needs to be active in this thread if he has any hope of clearing his name. If he's not interested in clearing his name then that tells me what I need to know.
If Yuri's story about "his guest" is accurate he should provide us his name(s) and location. The HK police need to be involved and this person needs to be prosecuted.

I would urge everyone who uses PayPal to browse the internet about "PayPal chargeback scams."
I had no idea how prevelant this is and how little sellers can do in this situation.

I am new here to AZ Billiards forum...After waiting for 6 months I can finally post. I have been just sitting back watching all that has been going on and things like this really make me want to take more precaution if I buy or sell anything on here. I am sure for the most part everyone is great to deal with, but then there are the minority that you just flat out want to avoid. I have not sold or bought anything here on this forum as of right now, but in due time...I am currently wanting to trade a really nice hitting Coker and I am selling a Meucci cue..I will make sure I have money in hand before my item leaves my hands. I have ebay feedback of 100% (tr1nalou) and I hope that would ease the minds of whoever deals with me. I am not here to rip anyone off and I dont want to be ripped off like this gentleman was..I truely hate that for him. If someone suspects something that is not on the up and up, I feel its our job as members of this forum to stick up for each other. I hope everyone feels the same as I do. You will not be able to please everyone, and you will not be able to be pleased by everyone you buy from, we just need ot be as civil as possible before we drag the nasties into the public forum....if doing it in private does not work, well, then as a community maybe we can accomplish something. I hope this gentleman can make up his losses, it does suck to be in his shoes im sure...Just wanted to throw my 2cents in and keep this at the top so it doesnt drop out of sight.......so Hello to all my Fellow AZBilliards friends........Trina

Sooner or later I gonna be buying cues here but difinitely no scams or the likes (from my side am sure) as I will only pay wire transfer. Am still searching right now and reading who's the best to deal with. I just hope I could find simple plain wrapless cue here that's within my USD400 to 500 budget. Again thanks Joe.
