Actually, First we need to form a Committee to determine what our budget is to spend on a Consultant.
Then we would need to identify and compare 5 Consultants. Then send our initial recommendation to the Consultant Approval Committee....
(OR, we could simply accept that Marcus is probably one of the Top 10 rather than continually challenge every frakkin thing that someone writes......)
Haven't heard from them or received a refund Magix, how long have they owed you? Was it from the same sort of situation?
they have owed me 100.00 since feb.16 or there about.we made a trade cue for cue and they add 100.00.i got the cue and no money.they,jack and myra,spoke about myra's mom being sick and near death and there not being able to do anything because of a jewish holy day????? i don't really know.i do know, that they know,that they owe me 100.00

MARCUS FROM WHAT I've heard about you, you are a "STAND UP GUY", but you know now why so many people see a crime taking place and don't get involved. Keep doing what YOU FEEL is the right thing to do!!!!!! This whole thread is good TRASH READING. MARCUS as you can see my spelling is suspect at times also, but it's not how you say it ,but the content of what you say! Now I'll go back to see if a cue that catches my fancy matches my BR (bankroll). BILL LEWIS

So, believe it or not I got a hold of Myra from Aubrey's Quay. I had to search around on the internet to find a phone number. I called and spoke with Myra and she informed be that Aubrey's Quay is no longer (obviously). She basically said that she was a silent partner in the business that just put up some of the capital and her partner Jack Mulvihill was the one that ran the business. She said that Jack ripped her off for $10,000, left his wife and kids, and is on the run down in Florida. She said she would send me a personal check to make all of this right. So for those of you on this post that vouched for Jack saying that he is a "stand up guy", I ask you to rethink what being "stand up" really means. Ripping off your business partner for $10,000 and leaving your wife and kids doesn't sound very "stand up" to me. So to Dave Sutton and Marcus, all of your speculation about Jack being sick and Jack will make this right and yada yada yada, seems like you guys both couldn't be more wrong. I'm still not getting my hopes up until the check actually arrives and clears through the bank. I will let everyone know the status in a few days when I get back into town. If the check actually clears then I will clear Myra's name of any wrong doing on here, but as far as Jack, he's a "stand up guy" so I don't have to clear his name right?
Sounds like he stood up and took a hike!!

This was me. Ebay took the money from her account after I filed a dispute and won. Ebay then transfered the $55.00 back to my account. AQ was really nice when I rec'd the wrong cue and they wanted it back. I trusted AQ like an idiot and got burned for the return shipping.
By the way the cue that I did recieve and sent back rolled like a banana!!!

I'd like to clear Myra's name since the check was sent and cashed and there were no problems. I don't think she posts here on AZ or has anything to do with pool but It's only right that her name be cleared of any wrong doing.

Great post!!! So many times people do not take the time to acknowledge the final outcome, good for both of you. As I stated earlier in this thread she was a BIG help to me with issues concerning Kao Fa Cues..
