ripped off by ed wheat

I guess where I grew up was on a different planet. Where I came from he would rip one, maybe two people off, then he'd never take anyone elses money, build another cue, or play another game of pool. But I guess that was the BAD old days. Johnnyt

That's a laugh. Cuemakers are never held accountable. And the fact that they require a deposit is ridiculous, given their sense of time is totally out of sync with the rest of the world.

When you collect enough wheatbucks to buy a cue, and send them in, do you get double the wheatbucks back in return when he fails to deliver the cue?

Location: Cocoa, Florida Let me explain something to you and everyone else including my customer's just in case a few of you are getting the wrong idea here !

I don't give a damn how any of you feel about me personally, the only connection I have to anyone other than my customers is a common interest in pool.

It appears that becasue it's taken a little longer to build the cues PROPERLY that I am some sort of scam artist, while other cuemakers are taking even longer with zero bullshit being thrown at them.

I will say this much to ALL of you.. keep f*cking with me about my business intentions and causing my customers to feel nervous or scared and create problems between me and my customers you WILL be in front of a judge defending yourself GUARANTEED ! (you can hide behind your keyboard with avatars but actual IP addresses are easy to track regardless of cloaking programs)

The quality of my work will NOT be compromised by impatient customers or peer pressure from some of you clowns, the cue will go out of my shop when it's completed to MY standards and NOT before .. THAT IS FINAL !

If you don't care about longevity and performance than go buy a cheap production cue and don't waste my time... I am NOT ripping anyone off and I'm getting a little tired of the cheap shots from the few idiots that keep shit going !

I havbe not been able to put the long hrs into my shop as I have before so it's taking longer to finish orders up becasue I have bills to pay to and repairs are a priority, so relax and it will be worth the wait !

Shoddy or sub-par work will never go out again due to the taunts and pressure I received in the past from AZ'rs just so you guys will have more ammo to fire at me... the quality of my work regardless of how long it takes to finish the cue is the only thing I'm concerend about and if any of my existings customers with pending orders have a problem with it then they should CALL me first, before posting unnecessary comments, I'm very reachable as long as you don't hide your number on the I.D. I WILL answer if I'm available.

Sounds mighty familiar... I think I've heard the "stop messing with my livelyhood or else!" spiel before... HMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm wonder how that worked out.
 
That post by Wheat is laughable. If i'm not mistaken he already has a criminal record and wants nothing to do with a court house.
George you should immediately go ahead and press charges against this guy.
He deserves his just dues.

well if thats true then he has read my post.and he will read this.i received a call today from chip dickerson.seems like a nice guy.he told me ed was going to send me my cue.he said ed has already sent 4 or 5 cues to people he owed here on the forum.i don't know if thats true or not.maybe someone should chime in.anyway,i told chip that after 2 yrs i felt like i should have been one who got a cue.i also told him i have got in touch with the sherrif and ed had till sept.1st to send me my cue or return my money.if i'm not satisfied by that time i will press charges.no threat,just fact.chip said he would tell ed and get back to me.i may not be doing it the way some people want however its my way.i want to thank everone again for all there imput and concern.to eddie again i say,do the right thing.

Just tell'm you want your $$$ back - end of story. Otherwise, you're 100% getting a half-assed cue that he prob just started today....guaranteed. Take my advice, get your $$$ back - end of story.
 
I got the cue. It wasn't on his own accord. I had to force the measure. That's all I have to say about it at this point.

that's not true of all cue makers. i've bought from dick neighbors and steve lomax. both required a very small amount of money down (compared to what the finished product would cost) to make sure you were serious. and both completed orders on time and in a reasonable time frame.
 
a list of cuemakers and sellers that sont deliver!

If anyone has a list of people who are none trust worthy to do business please submit so we can post on our website as well. thank you
