Well, I have been lurking here for the past three or so years, and I have finally decided to get in on the action. However, I am going to need some weight as this is the first forum I have ever decided to join.

I am a C-ish player from upstate New York, that has pretty much just played in bar leagues for the past 4 years, but now I am starting to get serious about my game. So I finally decided to join the best pool forum online, and I am excited to get some tips and tricks from all you pros and shortstops that post on here.

Duffman...Welcome to the forums! Nothing wrong with playing league pool...nothing wrong with playing tournaments. Take the $$$ the Richardson suggested you gamble with, and get a professional lesson from a qualified instructor. It will pay off 100x more than gambling will...especially in the beginning.
