Just want everybody that loves pool on the Main Forum and buys things that they need to know about this guy, Roy Mallott, Indy Cue Shop.com.
He's gotten some bad rap in the, "For Sale Section", from some of the guy's, but I want to tell you......he's tops in my book, and believe me that ain't easy to do.
Anybody that needs some pool related item's check with Roy.......you will be a very happy camper !!!
Below is my experience with this man:
I ordered a GTF case off the GTF Web Site about a week ago.
I've been anxiously awaiting it since I got a shipping notification from Indy Cues that my case was shipped.
Well my case arrived today about 5:30 p.m.
I opened the package with great anticipation and shit....NOT THE CASE I ORDERED !!!!!!!
I immediately sent Bob ( Strightpool ) a PM stating my dissatisfaction.
I stepped out on my balcony to have a smoke, I was bummed, nothing ever seems to go right
I was only out on my balcony for about 5 minutes and when I stepped back inside, my phone was ringing.
It was Roy Malott from Indy Cue Q Shop !
He apologized up and down for the error, he accepted
full responsibility for the error and we discussed a resolution for this problem.
Naturally, I will send the case back to him in which he stated he will pay the full shipping cost, he's even going to e-mail me a lable to put on the package, but he's not going to wait for this case to come back to him before he's sending me an UPGRADED CASE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST to me.
He states that Customer Service is most important to him and to tell you the truth, someone responds to a complaint 5 minutes after it's made is something that I've never experienced in my life.
We talked for about 40 minutes about cues the economy and pool.
I have never, never had such a good experience with a Dealer in my life.
Some people on AZ have written negative things about Roy, I don't know what happened in their situations, but I can assure you that I have never had a better experience with Customer Service and with a Dealer that will go Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Beyond, to make a customer happy !!!
